Booked an appointment, my first time ever in this salon with Tiara. Appointment was for 2:15pm, my hair did not get started until 3pm. All I had was a silk press. There were others in chairs and apparently she ran over her times but did NOT communicate this to me nor did she even say “Hey I will be a little later starting on your hair”. Just told me to sit down she didn’t say anything else until she started at 3. No apology, no sorry for the wait or anything. Zero professionalism I was just ready to get my hair done and leave by the time she actually started and I also had to get someone else to pick up my child since she picked her own time to start on my hair. I was supposed to be done at 4:30 did not leave until 5 and she did not even put curls in like I asked why would you comb/brush the curls out? For me to be a first time client this is unacceptable she lost her TIP and I will Never book again..

My first appointment will definitely not be my last! I absolutely love my stylist ;Erica Harris ,,I found her on Instagram,, looked her up,,booked the appointment,,she did not disappoint,, my hair was beautiful!! Hair,edges laid,,trim on point!! The salon suits building, is very nice,very neat clean, stylish and secure...I have already scheduled my next two appointments!

my stylist Erin did an AWESOME job on my color! I was nervous about getting color but she explained the whole process step by step. Thank you Erin for making my hair color experience SPECTACULAR!!!! ?

These suites which house hairstylists, Barbers and more are so conveniently located in the Trussville Pinnacle shopping plaza!
They are safe, clean and inviting!
If you visit you will need a code to get inside!
