Have been going to the Nail Loft for years. The owner Nancy and her staff are all welcoming and friendly. They do a great job. My last trip in I changed things up. Mona who has done my nails for year did an amazing job! Love these girls!

I got a pedicure yesterday. They gave me an appointment quickly. They had a dollar fee which I do wish the lady told me but not a huge issue. There was a wait as there was only 2 people working but that’s understandable and the people seemed nice. So far it all went well. I got my pedicure, the massage was soft but felt stress relieving— The lady who worked on my pedicure did something new to me where she trimmed a whole inch from my toe nails sides to make em thinner. I thought she did it cause I mentioned that I had one of my nails already ingrown into my skin on a different toe. I was so worried cause I could feel her pulling at my skin but there was no pain cause my skin was soaked. even after she added alcohol there was no burning so I thought okay it was not serious and the results looked good so no complaints . Less than 24 hours, I went in with an ingrown to get it fixed but I came back with my 2 big toe nails ingrown, and the pain is horrible. They are trimmed so short on the edges that its stabbing at my skin even when I don't have any shoes on. Especially given that she saw I was prone to ingrowns she should have been more careful. I am so upset because now I have spent 35 dollars and my toes are gonna be covered up with bandage and toe caps for atleast a week until my nail edges grows back. I was excited when she finished and now I never wanna go to this nail salon again. It’s not even a mistake that they can fix so it is a huge disappointment and unacceptable.

I’ve been going to this place for 2 years now and service and skills of nail techs have been consistently good and are above par especially with Cindy. She’s nice , kind and very accommodating. Her customer service is excellent and she’s very courteous. Cindy has a pleasant and welcoming attitude. They always do a great job. My nail job doesn’t chip or lift off and hold its form for over a month or until I decide to get it done. It may not be a fancy looking place but the service and work they do makes it worth every penny. Their pricing is also not bad at all and very affordable unlike other nail salons in town. This nail salon will always be my go-to place and they always find time to accommodate me at a moments notice.

Every single woman in this shop does good nails. Been going since i was 12 and im now 17. My mom went before i even started. Price is very low for the quality of work you receive. Everyone is polite and courtious. I recommend making an appointment though and some days they are very busy.

I went in yesterday to take off old set of nails ? and have new pink and white set done. Tina did a WONDERFUL JOB. I am so Happy with them . I would highly recommend them ? ?.

Comfy chairs but incomplete service seems to be their motto. Was charged for pedicure but after my toes were painted no lotion/oil or/massage was applied. When asked if they could remove the nail polish on my skin I was told 'it will come off in the shower'. They were friendly but seemed rush. And major points lost for not applying alcohol to my fathers toes during his pedicure.

I got my nails done here and I didn’t like a couple because they had harsh lines when I asked for an ombré set. I asked her multiple times to fix the nails with the harsh lines and she said when she files it it’ll go away. I knew it wasn’t going to but whatever I went with her word towards the end I tell her again if she can fix the nails that I didn’t like and she said no because it would take to long. After she put the clear coat turns out the full set of nails were all a mess. I’m just going to paint over them myself as well as reshape them.
