This is a curly girls paradise. Today was my first ever appointment with Nelly’s Beauty Paradise. I recently moved to the area and have been having so much trouble finding a REAL Dominican hair salon that knew how to work with curls. This place had almost perfect results so I wanted to give them a chance. The environment was so welcoming, so warm and everyone greeted me when I came through the door. Nelly was so sweet, immediately offering me coffee. Edward washed my hair but not before asking me if I had any product preferences and asking if I was tender headed when it came to washing or detangling. I have 3c hair just past my shoulders and I even pull my own hair when detangling but Edward has magic fingers! My hair felt like a cloud in his hands, truly I felt so safe. We moved onto setting my hair up for rollers and they delicately worked without pulling at my scalp. Edward and the other worker complimented my curls so much, I almost teared up just from thinking about the work that is curly girls go through trying to get the best of both worlds sometimes. My hair was blow dried by Mari after the roller set as I wanted to avoid any flat iron to preserve my curls and she did not disappoint! Again, she was gentle with my hair, no burning my scalp, and she made sure my hair was silky and shiny without applying so much heat. Nelly also recommended nice products to protect my curls. Overall it was such a warm and safe place. 10/10. If you are a curly girl and want someone who will LISTEN to your needs, please RUN to Nelly’s beauty place. It’s officially my new go to place. 🥹🫶🏽

Got my braids removed, hair colored, and hair trimmed and the experience at Nelly’s Beauty Paradise was exceptional from start to finish.

The owner Nelly and assistant Zyleena were professional, incredibly welcoming, awesome, and great to talk too. They took the time to consult with me about my preferences and offered expert advice. The salon's ambiance was serene and spotlessly clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

I left the salon feeling like a million bucks, and I've received numerous compliments on my new look.

I highly recommend Nelly’s Beauty Paradise to anyone looking for an outstanding experience!
