I had such a lovely experience here and will be back for sure. I scheduled a cut with Destiny who did a consultation before I got shampooed. She was very sweet and listened to what I said and offered suggestions. The standout though, was when she asked for a more experienced staffer to weigh in on how to achieve my desired look while blending everything in. Kim was very gracious in helping and even doing part of my cut. The overall vibe was very warm and inviting. It’s always nice to see women helping women and I appreciate the desire to get the job done right no matter what that means.

Very disappointed with Neo Mode! Don't trust their scheduling. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I received a text that my appointment was canceled. I called to get another appointment. They said, we are booked, no openings. The receptionist told me she would call me back after talking with the hair stylist. NO PHONE CALL BACK. This was very unprofessional. They didn't even try to get me an appointment with another stylist. I was not a first time customer, guess they don't care about treating customers well.

I had my first haircut with Neo Mode a few months ago and Michelle was perfect in every way! She knew exactly what I wanted and fit it to my natural hair so it would work for me whether I wanted it straight or with my natural curls. She is always so sweet and welcoming. I never used to have a regular stylist because I hardly would go get a haircut but Michelle has changed that for me. I highly recommend Neo Mode and especially Michelle!
