I went here a few weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. Overall, the staff was pleasant and the place was adequately clean. However, I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted. I was given a basic pedicure. Unfortunately, it was not the most relaxing as the nail tech was kind of rough. I also have never had ingrown toenails in my life and have had pain on the left side of my big toe since the pedicure. Then we moved over to manicure. Again, I was given a very basic manicure. No lotion, no massage. She rushed through my nails, slapped some paint on and put me under the drying lights. My nails were not cleaned up nicely. I also developed Beau's line (a horizontal ridge across every nail due to destruction of the nail matrix) directly following the manicure. Even though this salon is close to my house, I will not be returning.

I’ve been coming to New Image Nails with my bestfriend for years and we both love it! The owner is so sweet and all the staff are professional and polite, and I’m never left disappointed! I’ve attached some of the sets I’ve gotten over the years!

I have been going here for years! Katie is so good with long nails and designs but can also do short and simple styles. She does amazing nails and amazing pedicures as well. She is very sweet and listens to exactly what you want. Best nail salon I been to in the Mot area!

I go here every 3 weeks to get my nails filled and I’m never disappointed. Katie always does a great job with my nails and toes. I only have to get my toes done every 6 weeks because the gel last so long. If I ever have any issues before then or broke a nail Katie always fits me in to fix it at no charge. The salon is very clean and everyone is so friendly. I will always be a loyal customer! It’s hard to find a consistently great Salon but I’m glad I did!

I came here on a Sunday for a pedicure. Overall the experience was a 3/5. If I could make one recommendation to the business it would be: heat! Every aspect of the pedicure was too cold. The water in the foot bath was cold, applying the scrubs was cold, drying fan cold, every part of the pedicure was just too cold. I’m used to a warm (or hot) pedicure experience and that is my preference.

My first time ever going here I really liked the place was clean they were very friendly I will be going back I had Tracy she was awesome😊 I have diabetes an she did a great job with the my funky shaped nails I had her just put gel overtop my own nails!!

Am a regular customer and love this nail salon. Pricing is very reasonable when compared to other nail salons in the same area. Katie and Tracey are amazing individuals who are very bubbly, caring, tends to deliver the service the people request for promptly and perfectly. I always do my mani,pedi and waxing here. I always leave happy. If anyone wants a good nails, waxing service, this is the place where no one will have any regrets.
