We purchased a hot tub about a month ago from Jim/James. We vetted several companies and we're SO HAPPY we went with Jim/James. The post-sale service has been exceptional. If you've never had a hot tub in your life, you'll need education after installation. They not only gave us a 1 hour training session but answered all of my follow-up phone calls and continued to advise me.

We just had a great experience with New Products, Inc. They are a family run business that is friendly and responsive. I contacted them about a repair we needed for our VERY old Coleman spa (25+ years!). Rather than trying to sell me a new spa, they sent James to “have a look.” James seemed to have worked a miracle with our tub. After a thorough investigation into all the possible problems, He was able to fix everything on the spot for a reasonable repair fee. He triple checked everything. James even came back with a new filter (that they had to track down for us), and took extra time drain the tub for us.
