This place used to be good. My last experience with Botox was awful. I specifically told the new nurse to not put Botox under my brows, as it has opposite affects on me and it droops my eye lid. I came home saw traces of needles under my brows, and next came this droopy eye lids which was also pushing my eye lashes to the point it was uncomfortable to see. I wrote an email to this facility, their response was to send a photo. I sent photos, no response ! They take your money and have no respect for their patients & don’t take responsibility when they mess up your face!! I would never go to this place again.

This place is great! I live close by so I gave it a try for fillers and everyone is just so nice! They take the time to listen to your concerns, they explain everything really well and the results are great! My injector, Monica is the nicest and I will definitely go back for other treatments. Also the doctor and Christine at the front are amazing. Such a good experience!

I bought a package of 3 Morpheus8 treatments. I saw results after my first treatment! The first week, my skin looked dull and slightly dry. Then, the 2nd week I started to see a difference in the texture, my jowls and neck. But the 4th week, I loved what I saw!! So much tighter! Crows feet- gone, smile lines almost all the way gone and neck lines almost all the way gone. My face looks and feels tighter and more youthful. I CANNOT wait to see my results after my 2nd and 3rd treatment.
VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE Dr. Darush uses the BEST numbing cream ever!!! *. You’re so numb, you can’t feel a thing. It’s amazing!

* Update*. I’ve had my 2nd treatment. It went great! I’m on day 10 of the healing process. A lot like the 1st treatment. There is some itching and feeling dry. Not so much flaking skin or jswollen. I can tell the texture of my skin is so much better as well! Waaaay smaller pores ( my chin looks airbrushed) laugh lines virtually diminished. Looking more lifted and youthful. I’ve read that the results seem slow at first, but when you see it, you SEE it.

So far the impression of this place is not good. I scheduled an appointment at the Simi Valley location called a semi phone number and they scheduled me at the Northridge location. I wasted an hour of my time to try to get to this appointment. I’ll update once I actually get the service tomorrow

I love the Botox Specials they have in Simi Valley. Ask about their monthly specials on Botox and Restylane. The doctor is amazing and takes his time to explain everything. Comfortable environment and no pushy sales.
