I recently accompanied a family member to this nail salon and wanted to share our experience. We noticed some variability in the pricing, which was a bit unexpected. During the manicure, there were minor issues with cuticle care that led to some discomfort. There was also mention of hand movements being an issue, something we hadn’t encountered at other salons.

After the nail art was completed, we observed some bubbles in the finish, which was a little disappointing given the quality we were anticipating. The staff were conversing in a language we didn’t understand during the service. While we fully respect everyone’s right to speak their native language, we felt a bit out of the loop and wondered if any of the conversation pertained to us.

We believe that clear communication and consistency enhance the customer experience. We hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to positive improvements in the future.

This place is truly amazing, from the experience I had to the quality of the full set I got. I'm beyond impressed with the attention to detail & duration of design and polish! Weeks later & my set looks as beautiful as it did the first day I got my nails done. No chipping at all which is hard to find nowadays. Marie made my day with her kindness and quickness when it came to scheduleding an appointment. She made me feel like a valued customer and was very friendly the day I came in for my appointment as well. I couldn't recommend a better place to do your nails & have a self care day. Thank you for making the vision I had come to life, for a great price and for your trustworthy service!

I am very disappointed because this place used to be my favorite once.
There are decent nail artists here but please avoid Helen.
I went in for a dip powder ombre manicure, she spent 3+ hours and the result was so bad that I had to cover it up with gel based lines.
She applied the powder's activator from the grown out nail's base and there is an ugly gap now.

I had a slight chip on the natural nail, which Helen was supposed to build. The nail came off looking very bad(pictures attached).

The filing was so bad that I bled 3 times and I am still in pain from the filing. This happened last time Helen worked on my nails too.

Helen is also quite rude and tries to blame you for the botch up she is doing and how she is getting late.

I today(just two days later) found there are two chips on my gel nail polish.

I am extremely disappointed by the sloppy job done by her and the salon.

Absolutely stellar experience at Noble Nails! I always get gel manicures here, and I couldn't be happier. Price is very reasonable with really consistently good quality.

The staff are friendly and attentive. My nails look flawless, and the gel has lasted without chipping for weeks. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience! Needed a quick walk-in spot and they accommodated easily. The pedicure was great (although I'm a little bummed they don't have massage chairs). I got a pedicure with scrubs, hot towels, wax on the feet, and hot stones. My gel manicure turned out great and a nice surprise was a quick back massage afterwards, which made up for no chair massage 🙂 a little on the pricey side but worth it! They also give everyone free water and a Madeline cookie.

I got a full set and I absolutely love them!! Exactly how I imagined they were gonna turn out!
