When approaching the business to read the services offered and prices, the lady greeted me and became very pushy about which services I wanted and duration. I almost left, but then a gentleman came from the back who was more welcoming. I ended up asking for a 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute chair massage. Upon entering the business, there was a very strong odor, one that resembled cabbage or broccoli. I was able to chew gum to lessen the smell for me.
The foot massages are performed in the back in less than modern recliners which were made of cloth (cannot be wiped down). The carpet is also very dirty. I'm not sure if they are responsible for the carpet cleaning or if the mall is. The gentleman proceeded to put table paper over a towel and was about to begin my foot massage when I asked about having my feet soaked. He filled a bucket of water and soaked my feet for a few minutes, which he dried with a paper towel. The massage was performed with basic body lotion and no instruments. I must say that he got the pressure right without me having to ask. He was very professional, but the overall service was not that great. I ended up opting out of the chair massage just to move on.

It was so hot in the place that I was sweating during my massage. The man giving the massage seemed to be in a hurry. The massage was rough and his fingers moved very fast. A professional massage is supposed to be soft and smooth, no matter the pressure applied. Plus, they added an additional $5 to my credit card without consent. I do not recommend this place.

I knew better than to go here! But my regular massage place is across town and this one was convenient to my work place. So I gave it a shot, but never again…
I walked in, said hello to the first woman I saw working. She responded with “sit down”.
Confused that she hadn’t asked what I needed or how long or anything, just responded with “sit down”.
I reluctantly did… but after 20 minutes of sitting there with no one speaking to me any further, I got up to leave. This lady CHASED me to the entrance doors of the mall, telling me to wait 10 more minutes…. Now you want to speak to me and act like I’m there? No thank you.

Mediocre experience at best. I stopped in for the 30 minute foot massage. After going to other foot massage places around Huntsville, I can definitely say that this one was my worst experience. They seemed rushed and skipped the foot soak in the beginning, among other things. I will skip the convenience of this place being at the mall and go to the other places that I know are much better.

This is my absolute favorite place for a massage. I have scoliosis with Harrington rods in my back. They always do such an amazing job releasing tension in my muscles and getting the job done quickly. I can get off work or swing in on my day off and always get a quick fix without having to make an appointment. The fact that I can lay down or do the chair is nice as well as always being offered "more time", which yes, I usually ask for because I never want it to end. Also, I use my punch card to earn a free ten minutes after after filling up my card. I love deep tissue and this place does in right!!!

Really good and reasonably priced! I prefer more pressure and deep tissue in general. It was very nice to not have to continually ask for more pressure. When I needed less i just communicated that. Very nice staff! I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. Also, the hot stones were a very nice touch. Thank you.

They are very pushy trying to extend and add to your service, but man they give a good massage. Certainly the best u will get with clothes on. They start rubbing your feet & there's no turning back. Fine! Add it.

This is a wonderful place to go if you need a quick therapeutic massage with no appointment. They are always very nice and they actually get the knots out of my shoulders. Would totally recommend this place. Honestly, I feel like I get a better massage here than I do at massage envy
