I’m currently on vacation and got an amazing chair massage that totally worked wonders on my shoulder and neck. I’d been dealing with some stubborn pain, but after the session, all that tension just melted away. The pressure was perfect, and the therapist really knew what they were doing. I walked out feeling so much better, with all the pain gone and my muscles completely relaxed. If you need some relief and relaxation, I can’t recommend this enough!

Fabulous experience! We were staying in Huntsville for the weekend and were looking for a couples massage. Luckily, we find it when we were shopping in the mall , We had a couples massage with Eric and Angela and they were fantastic. Very intentional and tailored the massage experience to our concerns - the best massage my husband and I have had. Thank you Eric&Angela !

Apparently if you buy a session on Groupon at a discounted rate, their services will be subpar and they do not care if you complain. Here's basic details. Booked a 60 min session, went to the back at 10:40 but got there at 10:20. They spent 20 min acting as if they didn't know how to access or cash in the voucher. The session was over and done with at 11:29. It (the massage) wasn't as pleasant as the reviews suggest. I'm sure these great reviews were from a 'Click Farm' they run from their basement. You could tell they didn't care to honor their own agreement. When confronted about the issue, they got an attitude quickly. Needless to say, find another therapy center to support. This one is dumpster juice.

Terrible service. I believe it’s a front for human trafficking. No one speaks English, and to be a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST you have to pass the MBLEX exam IN ENGLISH! They’ll take your money but won’t set an appointment. The guy on the phone asked us for a date and time then said “ok” and hung up without even asking our names. We showed up to our “booked” appointment and he said they don’t make appointments. We scheduled two hot stones and they charged us but didn’t give us hot stones massage. I can’t believe they allow places like this at the mall. Be careful.

I purchased a Groupon for myself and gifted one to my husband. He used his I have not yet. Suddenly i get a refund notice from Groupon with no explanation from the vendor whatsoever. Totally unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

DON'T BUY THE GROUPON! When I called to make an appointment they were ready to accommodate right away until they asked if I had a Groupon... then they didn't have availability until another day. I said I would call back to schedule, and when I did, they picked up the phone without answering and hung up on me. When I called right back, they just refused to answer the phone. This business is obviously hurting if they are selling Groupons, and it's obvious that their horrible customer service might have something to do with it. Don't listen to just me... read the other low reviews - all Groupon users.

Me and my husband had a massage here today, my husband had the best massage he had in a long time we will be coming back. The two ladies sorry, didn’t get their names was absolutely awesome , with the deep tissues massage, my fibromyalgia will feel so much better now. And my husband said his shoulders are finally feeling some relief. So yes ladies we will be back. Thank you . Ocean Massage for a great start of our day.

I bought a couples massage on Groupon which said to call ahead and book an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment and was told they don't take appointments, just call the same day you want to go in and tell them what time. So after making childcare plans for a specific day, I call in the morning to tell them we will be coming that afternoon. "Sorry, we are booked." Oh, so you do take appointments? "Yeah, you can come tomorrow at 10am." What a run-around. Now we have to cancel our childcare plans and try to reschedule. Honestly I'm not sure I even want the appointment anymore. I'll update this review if we ever do actually get the massage I paid for.
