If you’re looking for a great acupuncturist, I highly recommend Jane! She’s truly a healer—I saw her during my second pregnancy, and I credit her for helping me have the most perfect birth. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shelley during my acupuncture sessions. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Shelley took the time to thoroughly review my medical and family history, which showed me how much she genuinely cares about her work. She has a deep knowledge of nutrition and holistic care really, and it’s clear she’s passionate about her work. The acupuncture sessions were both relaxing and healing for my endometriosis. After just two sessions and some Chinese medicine, I only experienced two days of moderate pain during my menstrual cycle—a huge improvement. I went in yesterday for my first appointment for my first Acupuncture session. Jane was amazing, so kind, thorough with her process, and answered all my questions. We started with an assessment, then guided me through the session what she's doing. I ended up falling asleep because I was so relaxed. I learned a breathing technique, and recommended pressure points I can do at home on my own to help with stress management. It was a great first experience, and I'll be back for more sessions! Highly recommend!

My second time getting a massage from Ben Z here. The experience had been wonderful both times. Very effective massage techniques, and also a very great conversationalist. Front desk staff is also always very nice and the environment is very relaxing.

First time ever with acupuncture. Not a fan of needles but after some research that it could help with allergy symptoms, I tried it out. Igor was wonderful. I felt much better afterwards and will be going again.
