Staff friendly but not knowledgeable and was not able to communicate over feedback.
Sauna Room
The sauna in my opinion and understanding needs to be serviced. I do not think the "heater" was correct in the actual temperature of the sauna while I had my session. I have been in many Sunlighten Saunas and always sweat, I felt warm, but never broke a sweat nor did I feel uncomfortable. Upon mentioning this to the staff, I was given what I deem as insufficient answers. I left feeling unheard and like I wasted my time and money. I am super bummed because the staff was friendly and the space was definitely clean. But for the expense and to tell me that the sauna was cooler because it was for 3 people and not one makes no sense, and if this is the case than I feel it is responsible to let the client know this at the time of booking. I am unsatisfied.

Truly love this place and Kelli and Natalya are fantastic estheticians.
I have struggled for years with bad, cystic acne and nothing I tried worked for me, until I came to see Kelli. She got me on a home care regimen that got me clear in 3 months!
I highly recommend Natalya for the Glo2Facial and Sugaring hair removal. She walks you through the treatment and answers any questions you may have. I feel very relaxed and comfortable with Natalya during each appointment.
They also sell BareMinerals makeup so I don’t have to drive to Oxnard anymore.
Definitely recommend Ojai Skin Revision!

I called last second and talked to Angeliese first and she got me in where others could not. My bad for last minute. Natalya did amazing and I learned about sugaring!! No torture!!! After years at EWC I’m switching! This is a must appointment!

I had the most wonderful facial treatment at Body Essentials with Julia today. She was very attentive and personable and used the info she got out of me to properly treat and pamper my skin. They have this polishing serum that made my skin soft and hydrated and not greasy. Hours later and my face still feels amazing. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I want to thank Kelly, the owner, for having a great staff and for creating such a tranquil day spa. I had a facial with Amanda and it was so relaxing - her massage while the masks did its deed was sooo good! My skin came out plumped clean and rejuvenated. She recommended some great products for me that will buy again and again. This is my favorite day spa in Ojai by far!
