Nice ambience and cozy salon! They provide drinks, wine, water and coffee!
My stylist Daniel is amazing, im asian with dark hair he turned my hair into blond perfectly without damage.. turns out it's not what i wanted and he was courteous enough to redo it and darken it with no extra charge. He just wants his client's happy! Very gentle and very nice skilled human being. I have never encountered this respectful and humble yet talented hair stylist, no attitude at all.
Thank you so much, Daniel! You are amazing!! I'll see again in few weeks! I finally found someone that would maintain my hair and perfect hair stylist!

I am sharing my experience with Kristen similar to other reviews about her at this salon (if I checked the negative reviews prior I would have definitely not gone). Kristen messed up my hair and said she would fix it for free and then later told me I would have to pay for it. So you mess up and I have to pay to correct it? She completely blamed me for it and did not even understand my concerns!! I am so embarrassed of my hair and now have to pay another stylist to correct it. After she did my hair I expressed my concerns to her and she said no problem I have a client right after so we can schedule for another day and I can fix it for free. Only to hear later on that she's going to charge for it. For her mess up. I called the salon to express my concerns and they said there's nothing they can do and I have to take it up with the stylist. To make matters worse, they hung up on me. I was so friendly to them. There are so many great stylists in the area, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Don't think it may be a decent place since it's in a good area, it's not worth it. Extremely unsatisfied, disappointed and upset.

Buyer beware. Kristen may seem sweet and understanding and will work with you during consultations to know what your end goal is but don’t be shocked if 1. You get the opposite of what you , 2. She berates you for having a negative opinion on her work , 3. To be ignored about rescheduling to fix the messed up hair. This stylist wasted my time and my money over $600 to leave me with hair that I am ashamed to leave the house with. I regret ever going in to my appointment and regret even more allowing her the opportunity to fix it only for her to mess it up even more. She will try to blame it on you also. Like who does that? the customer is right always! especially when it comes to knowing the color of my own hair! The second day I came in she had to strip the work she did the previous day and guess what the color didn’t go away and she continued to pile on more hideous colors to try and hide the fact that she messed up majorly!!! While she’s stripping my hair another stylist asks what happened to my hair. If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know I don’t know what will. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was treated like i wasn't worthy of the service here. My hairdresser offered to give me a discount because my hair was super thin and i had 1/4 amount of hair than a regular person. SHE OFFERED THE DISCOUNT SO I TOOK IT. Ever since then, I went to her for about 15 years, and I ignored her negative vibe until she began pushing me to the side to do 2-3 other clients, during my appt time, would offered them wine, etc and my appt would last like 2-3 hours when it would normally take 1 to 1 1/2 hours At most! I don’t like change but when she started disrespecting my own family that I recommended to her, paying full price, and they walked out with hair just colored and cut, i said I’m OUT! She was l more worried about making money and less about the type of service she provided. Worst care for her clients.

I've been here twice now. Both times the ladies that work there all seemed very professional. The girl who does my hair is Whitney and she's awesome! Everywhere else i've ever been has taken anywhere from four and a half to six hours to do my hair, and she does it in two! And she does a better job at it. Great environment, relaxing music. I'll be back for sure!

Don't go to hairdresser, Shelly Guess. Not only does she schedule 5 people in one sitting, her assistant does almost all the work of the service. Half the time I walk out of the salon with my hair wet. The experience became so uncomfortable, I discontinued going to her. She is only focused on making money rather than caring for her clients. I will never ever recommend her to anyone and I will definitely share on social media not to go to Opulent Salon.

Wendi is awesome, she made me feel very comfortable and did such a good job on my spray tan. She was very professional by listening of how I wanted to look, not being pushy or over-doing on the spray tan, this is the place to go for all their services, wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

A week ago I did my hair with a lady name katerlyn which she did my hair horrible! Everything. What I ask her not to do .. she did. I called her if she can fix her mistake which she said she was going to gave me a call back in 45mins to check her schedule book. I never received anything back with her. So I ended up going to a different place which they did a awesome job. I will never go back to that place my hair was orange/goldish when I ask for blonde. I just don’t think it was Fair for me to pay double.
