I have Julie as my hair stylist and she is the greatest! I always get the best haircuts from Julie! I always love the friendly conversations that I have with Julie and I always love to make her laugh with my clean comedy humor! The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is on my most recent visit was the music choice that was playing and I had to listen to it for the full 45 minutes that I was there! The music choice selection was not to my liking at all!
This is my opinion and it is only a suggestion and not a complaint!

Great, but sneaked in extra charges without informing me of the extra cost. Spent double I was willing to pay for awesome hair. I'll still return because Tania was awesome (besides being an hour late)
Hair color $55, toner (which was only used on underside hair, technically not needed) $35 and the kicker, BLOW DRYING $25

Just wanted to has I had an amazing experience with Martha! She did my hair exactly how I wanted it from a picture (it was insanely long). She did a clean up razor to my beard (first time doing it) and did an amazing job! Answered all my questions I had.. She was super detailed, nice, took her time on everything (hair, beard, mustache, and wash!)

Overall, Martha you're amazing and keep it up! You are my go-to hair stylist now! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

Made an appointment online, which they never got. When I arrived, they did try and accommodate my son anyway. They never apologized and gave us a salty and rude barber who gave my son a bad haircut that wasn’t what he asked for. When the text came in to rate the experience. I said it was cut too short, more dialog is needed with your clients. The male barber responded that he did what was asked, and to not come back. If you can’t take the feedback, dont ask for it. I see they never fixed the online booking options so they will not get your appointment if you book it online.

Madi's styling is excellent especially with a haircut for mature women and she did a great job of hiding where my hair is thinning badly.

Full disclosure, we typically go to Floyd’s 99 for my sons hair cuts, but I forgot to cal ahead long enough and it was the weekend before school started so they were booked. Thankfully, we thought we’d try Outlaw Barbershop. The customer service was spectacular from booking to signing in. Everyone was very friendly.

While we were satisfied with the cut, I wasn’t in love with it like I’d been at Floyd’s though I didn’t give much direction. The one thing I thought was a bit weird is that usually with kids haircuts, they ask the parents as they’re kind of finishing up how it’s going and if we’d like anything else… you know: a chance to maybe make some changes or go further… but our stylist just let him out of the chair and was done without giving me a chance to see it. I didn’t ask for one thing and she was more than happy to do it, but it felt awkward and I actually would have normally asked for a bit more.

So it’s strange to say but I loved everything about this place except the haircut… which was GOOD… just not up to the regular standard we typically get at Floyd’s.

First time here and I will be back ! Julie was my stylist! Down to earth, polite and talented. I felt comfortable from the start and had a good experience. Didn't know what I was getting my self into but I got my hair rinsed and a neck massage! The entire experience was just amazing 👏. I'll be back in a month Julie!
