My mother and I visited approximately two weeks ago for a manicure. Unfortunately, the service we received was far from satisfactory. I was assigned to a technician who appeared to be new and lacked experience. The entire process took three hours for a simple French tip design with stars. The quality of the work was disappointing; the stars were poorly shaped, and I believe I could have done a better job myself. Additionally, the technician repeatedly applied and removed the tips, resulting in crooked nails. Both my mother and I experienced chipping within days, and nails have already fallen off despite it only being two weeks since our visit. We are very disappointed with the quality and will not be returning.

I knew I was in trouble from the get-go... Product was literally slopped on and so thick that it noway near looks natural. She talked to her CO worker the entire time and when filing, kept filing my skin! The top of the nail was left very bumpy and wasn't even painted around my cuticles. $40 for this?! I will NEVER be back!!

I had a nice experience, my daughter and I. Early mother's day ?. Can say felt the pampering. Nice nail soak, eye wax, mani/pedicure and massage all under $100. Very polite and showed concern for clients comfort.

Vina did an excellent job with my pedicure. I have some unique needs and she was very attentive. Loved feeling PAMPERED. Price was very affordable too.

Terrible... they dry your nails in front of an electric heater they don't cut them evenly the cleanliness of shop was bad they leave from doing customers nails to do someone eyebrows that just walks in and there was only one worker when we go there and she was sleeping
