Being new to the area I contacted Tom and was able to get an appointment within days. He provided awesome service and haircut. Tom has since cut my husband and a friends hair. With his outstanding professionalism and accommodating in a time of need I highly recommend him. Tom is now our full-time barber.

This, is my best find in Palm Springs. Period. The reviews are correct. Darrell is one of the best barbers I've had.He's engaging & efficient. Definitely schedule an appointment because the odds of you walking in and getting your hair cut are slim to none. I'm calling him later to schedule an appointment 3 weeks out. And the price can't be beat. Unlike most African American Men, I have curly (if I let it grow out). I keep it short just because it's manageable. But he cuts it in such a way, that it grows out evenly.And Darrell has been been very accommodating when I've had last-minute scheduling conflicts

I've used this barber shop a number of times before and after I moved to Palm Springs. The barber Darrell is friendly and does a great job. I too have just popped in to see about getting a haircut without an appointment, and had to return later after making an appointment. That's how he stays in business by setting and keeping appointments, so it is recommended to call ahead so you know you can get your hair cut when you visit. Hey - he must be good if people keep coming back and setting appointments.

U can get a good hair cut. Well run. Very much a part of the guy community. I find that gays have a hard time dealing with straight guys. Could it mean that they are jealous? Life is hard for all!

Tom is delightful! Excellent old school atmosphere. Superb haircut and full beard trim. Dramatically less pricey than all the rest.
