We took our daughter here and had her hair cut by Gabby it came out exactly how she wanted it, looked so beautiful! I decided to get my hair colored, cut, styled here by Wendy and she did an amazing job! It was exactly what I was looking for! Everyone was so welcoming and sweet we will definitely be getting our hair done here from now on!

I don’t even know what to say. I went in there to get a short haircut and the girl said she knew what she was doing with short hair but she didn’t. I’ve never cried so hard over a haircut in my whole life. I’m 23 but she gave me the haircut of a grandma (quoted herself by the way). The bangs are also insane, it looks like someone chewed them off. I don’t know if she was genuinely trying to ruin my day or if she was just overly confident, but if you don’t know how to cut short hair…don’t say you can. I’m now stuck with this horrible haircut for the next little while and my birthday is coming up. I’m devastated.

I had an easy time booking my appointment online with the service provider. I also got into my stylist and she help me cut my hair exactly how I wanted to the salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely come back for another haircut.

TLDR: Wasted a lot of $$$ for incomplete work, expected to pay for the fix, and the owner's response was, "Maybe this salon isn't in your budget." Excuse me

Bummed to be writing this, especially when my stylist was great to work with and generally understanding, but boy does the owner need to work on their customer service. I've never walked away more disappointed from a salon.

I got my bleached undercolor retouched before the holidays and the retouch is legitimately orange. I scheduled another appointment expecting it to be fixed for no charge, but upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay the full service cost again, but they'd offer a 10% discount... This is completely unacceptable for a service that was not done correctly from the get-go.

Their reasoning was that they have a 7-day grace period. I understand that policy, and I understand why they would push on it at first. Unfortunately, that policy wasn't communicated to me (due to some technical glitches which they're aware of) and I have proof the color wasn't set less than a week after the appointment anyways. Because of the year-end holidays and travel, I scheduled a 2nd appointment as soon as I could've, which was two weeks after the first one.

Unfortunately, when I spoke to the owner Olivia, she was uninterested and made it out to seem like I was trying to take advantage of them, saying "unhappy people don't wait this long." Well yes, they do when they can't physically be there during a period when businesses are also usually closed. And why would I voluntarily take 2+ hours out of my schedule to drive to the salon and re-bleach my roots again in two weeks if I was happy

I just moved to this area, so I've gotten this style done at other salons with no issues and never experienced something like this before.

Gabby was such a sweetheart! She cut my daughter’s long, thick, wavy hair and made it look healthy again. The salon is clean and has a cute vibe. I’m so glad there is a place nearby I can go to for our hair needs!

Great, aesthetic and clean salon!! I booked online and got Liz for a haircut. I was going for a bang trim with long layers and overall trim. Liz did just that and gave me product recs for my dry ends due to bleaching.

Darian did an absolutely amazing job! I am very particular about my hair, and am always a little anxious trying somewhere new! Darian (and everyone at the salon!) was so friendly, and welcoming! I felt like I was hanging out with friends, while Darian also took the time to explain everything that she was doing and why. I felt very confident that we were on the same page about what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations!! I highly recommend Palma Salon to anyone and will be going back to Darian for all of my haircuts! 🙂
