Didn’t want to hurt her feeling and just hoped it was the lightening that made them look so bad. But when I stepped outside they were just too horrendous to look at. I usually just suck it up when my nails come out bad from a nail salon but these were just bad. And when I came back ten minutes from stepping outside, and told them to take it off and she got upset. She then told me that she “worked a long time on these and what’s wrong with them”. If you can’t do a service to a decent ability on all nails shape, then don’t say you can do that service. It would’ve have been better if they said we can’t do a gel dip from the start.

Thank you for your response. However, I must clarify that you did not issue a refund as stated. Instead, I was given a gift card, which I would have noted otherwise.

Additionally, while it’s true that she spent a significant amount of time on my nails, the total duration was about an hour, with
an additional 15 minutes dedicated to the removal process. She only asked for feedback on my nails before the filling process, at which point I still had hope that the shaping would improve as she continued. Unfortunately, that did not happen. As I mentioned before, I tried to convince myself that the lighting might be affecting my perception, but that was not the case. I also noticed that she was moving unconfidently so I assumed that she was practicing and getting her feel around the techniques.

On a constructive note, perhaps additional training in cosmetology for her and a refresher course in grammar—such as those offered on Khan Academy—might benefit everyone involved. Regardless, I wish your business success moving forward.

My mom and I were looking for a place to go together and this place and our nail techs HOLLY and JESSICA were amazing! We called ahead, got an appointment quickly. This was the cleanest nail spa I’ve been to in a long time! All the tools were from a sealed bag (meaning they were definitely sanitized before use) and the place was spotless. The whole place was brand new, but the chairs were the best, they even had a holder for your legs for when your feet get scrubbed. On top of it all the actual pedicure was AMAZING, I got the #3 Pedicure with callus removal and they got everything off!! My feet have never been softer, make sure to ask for Holly or Jessica, they will treat you wonderfully. Thank you Paris Nails for running an amazing place. Will definitely be coming back!!

Myself, daughter and granddaughters have nails done here and are always impressed. I won’t tell you our favorite nail tech because she’s getting harder to book up, lol. However, if we have to wait, it’s worth it. Clean. Quality. Friendly atmosphere.

I recently had my a pedicure and manicure at this beautiful and clean Paris Nails and Spa location in Wildomar. Jessica was very attentive and did an excellent job. I would recommend this business to those who want a good experience. She did not rush on my service and she did not make me feel like a “number.” I definitely got my money’s worth with Jessica!

I tried not say anything because I genuinely like the owner and the ambiance but the skill set is lacking in every way. I nail techs are not up to speed with new designs and techniques and today I got a fill that took more than 2 hours and my nails look like 5 yr old Granddaughter did them. Once again I’m disappointed. My last fill from another nail tech took 2 hours but came out really nice however cost me $75.00 which I was initially quoted $60.00 until I got to the register. Today I felt bad for the other people waiting for pedicures and full sets. Lack of efficiency and new techniques will be a downfall

My daughters and I tried a lot of nail salons trying to find the best one in the area. We immediately loved Paris nail salon. Clean. Friendly. Rewards. Our nails look amazing!! They always get me and my daughters in and have stayed past closing trying to accommodate us and walk ins. Hands down favorite in Murrieta/Wildomar area.

My go to nail spot! Always treated so good when my mother and I come get our nails and toes done! The quality of service and prices are just too good! Today they squeezed me in bc my bday is in two days and they know how busy I am, but not only that gave me a discount & gift! Please make sure you come check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
