I've been going to Parlour at the Point for since it opened, and I am compelled to share my appreciation for the excellent services at Parlour at the Point. At the moment, I'm very much appreciating Piper for the excellent haircut she gave me a few weeks ago. No matter what I do (or don't do) to my hair, it looks GREAT! Thank you, Piper!

Stephanie and Parlour at the Point was the best hair experience I've ever had! I'm 61 years old and I've had some bad experiences that lasted one visit and two very good stylists that had very long runs but ended due to them moving out of CA, and my husband and I just covered here from San Jose so I needed to do my research to find a stylist. I checked all of the local salons websites and reviews and Parlour at the Point stood out. The reviews matched the picture examples as well. I've read other salons reviews that were good, but the pic examples didn't nessasaraly match to good review or didn't fit with what I was looking for. When I came across Parlour at the Point, I knew I'd found what I was looking for so I went in to feel it out and set up an appointment. I then knew right away that I made the right choice. I then set up my appt w/Stephanie and I knew it would be great. I however handed Stephanie a mess though. About 3 months ago I tried to get my hair done from someone new in San Jose, and I showed him the style cut and color/highlights I wanted to achieve. I let him know I didn't want any cool ash blonde but warm golden blonde w/highlights. He didn't listen and put both, ash and golden tones which of course Gabe me a green hue. Anyways, with Stephanie, she took the time to really see what I wanted. She took the approach as if she were a high end architect. She explained every step and made sure I was able to see the color samples as well so I knew I would get the color I was looking for. She did this also to ease my mind since my hair was in the state it was. I've never had such care with a stylist. She knew what I was looking for and knew what to do to correct the wrong blend of color and how to fix the botched hair cut from my previous unfortunate mistake. Parlour at the Point also uses a hair care line better than anything I've ever used or known about. If I had, I would have been using it for sure! I'm a firm believer that your hair is only as good as the products you use. The other nice thing with Stephanie is that for every product she used, she explained it to me and why she was using it and what it would do fo me and my hair. Sine I am 62 years old, my hair needs the top products more than ever because the older you are the less moisture your har has or holds. My hair right now feels better and looks better than it ever has. I can't say enough good things about Parlour at the Point! The whole staff is wonderful and Stephanie is SO AMAZING, and a magician for fixing the huge mess I handed her for sure! I also was so incredibly impressed with the other stylists and the work I saw them do during my appointment. All I can say is of you are looking for that perfect salon that has the perfect stylists, you should check out Parlour at the Point... I'm serious, they will take care of you!!

Loved the experience of this fabulous hair salon in Santa Cruz. Being right on 41st avenue, I had an awesome sandwich delivered from Off the Hook Deli, while having wonderful service with in-depth consultation and a great result. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first time to this salon and I had the BEST experience! My stylist, Whittney, listened carefully to what I wanted, and in the FIRST time of my 39 years of life, she did EXACTLY what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier!!! I LOVE my new cut and colour SO much and will definitely only being going to this salon, Whittney, from now on! I highly recommend!!

Very bad experience. I would not recommend doing business with such rude and unforgiving people. I made a mistake and forgot my first and only appointment. I payed them $90 dollars for missed appt. And I'm no longer allowed in their parlor. They may do good hair - I'll never know. But they have bad business practice. Very unkind. You are not allowed to be human and forget an appointment with them because - don't you know they are superior and never in their lives have they forgotten an appointment. Wait till you get older! Such arrogance. I'm glad I dont have such people touching my hair. Disdainful

And you are now lying. I never missed any other appointment. Ego driven business focused only on money is not good for community. I'm glad there are other salons much more caring and cordial and honest.

I was SO ready to get back to Parlour at the Point after the pandemic - and Whitney did not disappoint. I walked out of Parlour with a smile on my face and skip in my step feeling beautiful - Whitney knows JUST what my hair wants. I’d never before considered myself lucky in the hair department, but since finding Parlour I love my hair! The staff is SO talented. The salon is beautiful & sparkling clean & comfy,, stocked with quality product. And appointments and sales run smoothly. I highly recommend Parlour at the Point.
