A mi hija le depilaron sus piernas con cera y a las dos no encantaron los excelentes resultados que duran mucho tiempo mas! Vamos a regresar.

I often went to the Reno Paul Mitchell school for haircuts, so I know to expect a student cut. At this location, I received the worst haircut of my life. He put gel in my hair before blowing out the remnants of the cut, cementing bits of hair to my head. I’d give a 0 if I could. Everyone was on their phone, the teacher could barely be bothered to participate.

I went for a haircut for my very dry, damaged, chemically treated hair. The haircut Paige Hayes gave me was absolutely amazing! She gave me a few suggestions before she started, and everything she did made my hair look better than it has in a year. While she was cutting my hair, I could tell she was really paying attention to detail and taking her time. It turned out looking full and healthy. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. And she was so friendly too! I’ll definitely be returning to Paige for future cuts.

I attended the Esthetics program august of this year, I was so excited and proud of myself for working hard and going to the school of my “dreams”. But to say this program was heartbreaking and sad was an understatement. I cannot speak for the cosmo and hair programs since I never really had contact with those students or teachers. The Esthetics department here in Sacramento is a scam, they tell you that you will have the best learning experiences and what I was most looking forward too, live demos of services and makeup techniques. The disappointment when we only had one demo from our teachers, in my five months of being there. From the very first day of school, all lessons were taught by our teacher going on youtube, finding basic demo videos, and playing them in the front of the class while our teachers would scroll on Instagram. We were also told that we would be taught professional lash lifts, lash extensions, brow lamination, makeup, and spray tanning. We were NEVER taught anything about spray tanning or lash lifts or brow laminations, when we were told from the beginning of enrollment that it was part of our education. We were never taught anything with makeup, they gave us our makeup kits three weeks before we were set to graduate and never demoed any makeup application or were given any lessons. The lash extension class was two days, which each student who participated paid $400, for our lash extension teacher to put up a youtube video and proceed to scroll on instagram. At my time here I have never seen such unprofessionalism from teachers, MS.KIKI will have no lesson plan, leave her class for hours, talk about her students behind their backs to OTHER students, which obviously doesn’t end well when were all in the same class, then wonders why her students arent motivated. If you try to speak up you become a target by the teachers and administrators. I got 100% on every exam and never missed a single day of class, and still all my teachers were rude, gave me a hard time when I had worked and earneid my honors and didn’t care about any of my efforts. Me and several other students had to keep records and screenshots of our own work and time sheets because they would be “accidentally shredded”, specifically by MS.CONNIE and MS.MEGAN. Also you are told from the very beginning before enrollment that Paul Mitchell will have you placed with a Job and have you set once you graduate. MS.MEGAN the schools future professional placement leader does not do that, months after graduation I have never been in contact about any job placement and I know that the same goes for many other students. Thats her only job so who knows what she does all day. Once you pay your on your own. ESTHETICIANS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PRIDE DONT GO HERE!!

I showed teacher and student the pictures and asked explicitly for a cut and it unfortunately did not deliver. If you go be sure to stand your ground and don’t let anyone sway your opinion. Really genuine and nice people but I think I’ve learned my lesson.

I thought it was very interesting to see how organized the hands on part of the school is.
I was intrigued by all the students practicing and learning on both the mannequin heads and on people, and impressed that the instructors were very helpful and supportive to the students.
My hair turned out beautiful, and I would say exceptional!
I feel like my girl Brooke, took ten years off my age💕💕💕💕Thank you , It was a great experience!!!

Love being a regular client here! All of the learning instructors that guide the students that work on your hair are very attentive and kind. Most of the students are polite and professional I’ve only had the best there, but this last time I went I saw some student being disrespectful to teachers and that was unsettling. I will also say that I’ve been coming to this school to receive services consistently every few months for over a year now. Their prices are about half to 75 percent what you would pay at a professional salon. (Not a professional opinion just my opinion I love to get my hair dyed and cut 🙂 front desk ladies are also always super nice and they make it so easy to call and book appointments cancel or move the appointment.

I was on time for my appointment - even early - and still had to wait for almost 1/2 hour
Stylist station was dirty - counter/tabletop covered with food crumbs - hair from previous customers not cleaned up and swept - stylist also had a cut on her hand that had not been washed and bandaged yet.

Haircut was good - stylist was very unsure of self but instructor provided good assist. Results were good.
Noticed when I left that the back of my shirt was wet though - I guess from shampoo? No follow up when checking out
