5 Stars all the way. My babies come out of that place looking so fabulous today, and after having a litter of 11 babies My Piper needed to be pampered . The staff is Absolutley amazing- and Mrs.Jennifer will be my select groomer moving forward! Thank you guys so much for being so amazing and doing such an excellent job. Paws Kountry is amazing! We do boarding and grooming with them. Usually at the same time. My puppy is always well groomed and smelling amazing when I pick her up. I appreciate their flexibility with pick up times as well. As long as you pay upfront, you are able to pick up on weekends and after close (only select times). They send pictures each day letting me know that my girl is doing well!
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, always taking great care of us!

It’s slightly more expensive than i normally pay but worth it . They took great care of my dog and sent extra pictures when my 3 year old asked to see his puppy while on vacation. They even helped me figure what happened to her paw (most places would hide that information and it wasn’t their fault it was my dogs) . We moved and I’m gonna miss her being able to go there because I knew she was well taken care of .

Paws Kountry is the GEM OF SMITHS STATION! Their workers care deeply about these animals, handle them with love and care, go above and beyond, and communicate so well. I have been using their doggie daycare and grooming for about 6 months and I am so happy I found them! Below is a before and after of a rescue I adopted

Both of our dogs came back smelling so clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and courteous and took good care of our furbabies. Very affordable too! We will definitely use them again.

Our furry family member has been receiving services from Kountry Paws for nearly nine years. The customer service is impeccable and the groomers know Midnight by name. We use them for boarding as well, when we can’t take him on family vacations. The boarding services are awesome as well, and they send update pictures and text throughout the day on his progress. Kountry Paws is top-notch.

Best experience for groomer and boarder I have had. My fur children love going there and are happy their entire stay. Definitely give a 10 out of 10 to the entire staff. Best part is getting daily pictures of them and you can tell they’re happy.
