WOW! What an excellent experience! I highly recommend this spa for the Port St Lucie area. I was a walk in and schedule a 90 minute massage (60 min body and 30 min feet). This was much need after the holidays. I had Rock as my massage therapist. He was very professional and with just one session, fixed my lower back issues. I asked for deep tissue massage and he listened to my requests during the session. This is the best value in town! This spa offers excellent services at excellent rates . Make this place your next spa stop, you will not be disappointed!

Great experience and fantastic massage. Had Rock for a 90min deep tissue massage- very professional and the pressure used was amazing. He really took the time to work out my knots in my upper back and shoulders which have been causing my issues for a few months! Highly recommend.

It was my very first time going there after reading several great review reviews online I decided to give them a try. However, I was very disappointed with my service not much privacy with just only curtains to the room and this was one of the worst massage I’ve ever had! My masseuse was very rough and not relax. And to make matters worse after the service, she was so aggressively waiting for her tip. I tipped her generously inspite of the awful service she provided. I will not return there, although the place is absolutely beautiful upon arrival , too bad the service is not up to par with the cozy place.

Worst, most unprofessional massage I've ever had. Super uncomfortable environment. Did a last minute couples massage for our anniversary and my other half has the same opinion as I do. We should have saved the money and massaged each other, it would have been better!

I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I do not want others to waste their money.

We went in for deep tissue couples massage. I had such a bad experience with the male masseuse. He had absolutely NO idea what he was doing. It was comparable to the episode of Friends where Ross massages one of Phoebe’s clients! It was frantic, confusing, he had zero technique; he was either pushing my body into the massage table, gently applying lotion, putting his elbow into my spine (while asking me if it hurts) or leaving the room excessively to deal with other customers. What it was not…was an actual deep tissue massage by a trained professional. My husband on the other hand, did enjoy his massage, so I think I was simply the unlucky one who got stuck with the untrained receptionist.

Best part, this guy had the NERVE to question his poor tip after the terrible job he did, leaving multiple times & also finishing before my husband’s masseuse (who did not continually leave the room). But honestly by that point, I was glad it was finally over. Never again!

Disappointing experience.

I went to Peacock Day Spa for my birthday, unfortunately this was far from a "Day Spa". The massage itself was good, but several aspects of the experience were disappointing.

First, the setup lacked privacy. There were no doors for the massage rooms, only curtains in the doorways, which made me uncomfortable while undressing. Additionally, I did not meet my masseuse until 5-8 minutes after I was already laying face down on the massage table. It would have been a much better experience to meet them beforehand for a proper introduction.

The worst part, however, was the front desk service. After my session, the front desk attendant (not my masseuse) opened up my cash tip in front of me and told me I hadn't tipped enough to make it 20%, saying I "owed" $5 more. Mind you, I gave 18% and felt this was appropriate for my less than desirable experience as mentioned above. This felt incredibly inappropriate and pressured. What if I didn't want to or couldn't afford to give more?

While the massage was decent, the lack of privacy and unprofessional customer service ruined my experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this spa.

Today I went with my daughter for a foot massage. It was absolutely the best, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed it immensely.
We will definitely return.
