I went here because the location was really close to where I reside, so I gave it a try. At first, I made my son an appointment and then myself in a different date. & at both times, we didn't like how the staff treated us and how rude and unfriendly they are, but the good part was, I had the best doctor! she was sweet and kind!

One of the front desk that assisted my son, only gave my son TWO options for the glasses, matter of fact.. we had to ask and come back if we can pick out glasses when they should have done that to begin with after the exam. For myself, they didnt provide me my prescription so I had to call them 2x and beg for it. The front desk named Jenny seems like she hates her job.

I would not come back here next year! I wish the staff would act right or replace them!! 🙂

My appointment went without a hitch. Everything from scheduling to picking my glasses was a breeze. The staff was super kind and professional. The optometrist was helpful and educational.

Good choices for eye wear. Super clean and professional facility. Overall great experience.

Worst eye clinic I’ve been to! The front desk staff do not communicate the information well. I booked an annual eye exam only to find out on the day that they don’t do dilation and you need to schedule separately. They just try to get you to pay extra to do the Optamap so you don’t need to come back. I also paid to get my latest contact lens prescription. Only to find out too that I’m not walking out with my prescription and they obligate you to come back for another check up before they give you your new prescription. When I said I don’t want to come back and I just want a copy of my new prescription, they gave me my “new” prescription only to find out it still my old prescription on it. When I asked, I was told that’s your “current” because you didn’t want to come back. It’s ridiculous! Do not waste your time and money here!

There are no words that I can say that will represent Dr. Jang. She is very professional and thorough. She goes out of her way to help me understand what she is telling me and helps makes suggestions that will benefit me. She is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. She is my eye doctor forever.

The ladies working there are fantastic! Super attentive and kind. I’m very pleased with the glasses the optician suggested. I get a lot of compliments on the them. 10/10 would recommend!

I can’t believe this ppl discriminate me I just called and the front desk woman told me the I’m gonna be in the waiting list if I answer ok if I’m not I’m out of the list and I was like I work and I don’t answer the phone only if is a emergency and I told her that and she gave me a attitude the I got upset and she was trying to tell me the I’m rude and I’m like I’m not I’m just explaining the sometimes we miss the phone call and it’s not fair the will put me out of the list and it’s the owner policy of of curse even if I had a million$ I will not go to the place .. I work 30 years customer service I never gave an attitude to my customer or I loose my job . Be more professional I just came here and I wasent the only only dating the they are rude ppl .
