I stumbled across this place on my way to another place to get my haircut and I was pleasantly surprised. I said to myself, “this looks like a REAL BARBER SHOP” and it was. I love the old school vibe with the checker board floor and the sports memorabilia all over the walls. It’s a huge space with lots of room to just hang out if that’s your thing. I’m pretty sure the guy that cut my hair was the owner but I didn’t catch his name. I’m guessing he was a Lopez since the sign on the wall says “Lopez Corner”. He was a great guy, old school and easy to talk to. No nonsense and understands the value of customer service. I didn’t realize that he is a cash only shop so I didn’t have enough cash to pay in full. He is so cool, he told me whatever I have is enough. I really appreciated his good nature and great service. The haircut was great, I can’t recommend this shop enough. Although I live over an hour away I’m certain I’ll be back when I need another cut. If you’re not into the foo foo cut and want an old school barber you have to try Percy Avenue Barber Shop.

Walked in with my little brother for a haircut at around 3 pm. We were not greeted. We sat down and there were 3 men ahead of us. Another man with 2 sons walked in and we all waited about 2 hours for it to be our turn. When it was our turn, the barber asked us if it was okay if the man with the 2 sons could go ahead of us. I'm guessing they were buddies bc he had mentioned to a few different customers that walked in that his buddy was next and he had to be out 5 pm, completely ignoring the fact that we arrived about 30 mins before the man with 2 sons. Very frustrating but we let his buddy go ahead and we were attended by Saul. Not exactly sure that was his name but that's what we heard when the other barber told us he'd be attending us. Anyway, we showed Saul a pic of the haircut my little brother wanted and he nailed it! My little brother is very talkative and talks about fortnite all day but Saul was very patient with him and talked to him the whole time. He's really good with kids and very kind.
I really want to give this place less stars but bc Saul was so awesome, I'm giving 3 stars. We were out by 5:30.

This barber shop is friendly, does a great cut, and the place is clean. However, be prepared for a wait. My average wait time was about 1.5 hours the last few times they cut my son's hair.

My go to barber for years!!!! Great haircuts and great atmosphere!!! Brian and his crew are always helpful and fun. Highly recommend making this your barber regularly

I can't get a flat top just anywhere. Barbers seen to have forgotten how. Ryan however did an amazing job cutting a perfect high and tight flat top. Definitely a skilled barber

Got a new barber and this place was perfect. Open 7 days a week and my barber listened and worked with me because i was not sure of my sizing (rarely change barbers) he got my haircut to be perfect and was freindly and done in a timely manner. Pricing was perfect too. Found my new haircut spot.

Worst barber shop ever, don't go ever. Should have 0 star option. If you wanna get a bald head, yeah its a perfect place, bcoz they not gonna listen to you what you want, coz that time they busy talking on phone or to others, and will give you a haircut in 5 mins, that they know how to cut, not the one you explained. Worst experience. Don't waste your time and money here, find some other barber shop close by.

My 4yr old got his hair cut by Ryan. Did a really good job! Did an all 2 with the sides tapered and a line up, this will be our new spot.
