I have been to Perfect Look a couple of times. The last hair cut I got wasn't very pleasant. The hairdresser laughted at how the last person cut my hair. When I kept telling her it was almost 2 years since my last hair cut. She just kept laughing at my hair. We'll it has been 9 months since my last hair cut from great clips. There was over a 3 hour wait for great clips. So I just wanted a trim. Perfect look I booked an appointment for 1:00pm. Which was OK, we have about a 45 min drive to Wasilla. I got there about 7 minutes early. They told me my hairdresser would be right with me. 15 minutes after 1 I asked how much longer. The lady told me the guy that was going to cut my hair was still with last client. I had watched him for 25 minutes blow dry this ladies hair and then started cutting it at 1:20, 20 minutes into my appointment. The lady looked at me and said he will be with you when he is done. I asked how much longer it may be because he just started cutting the other ladies hair. She looked at me a said. "He will be with you when he id done. Please have a sit" I asked her to cancel my appointment and I will never go back. I made an appointment for 1, not 2 and walked out. Next time I'll wait 3 hours for Great Clips. I will never go back and if you decide to go. Be careful and think twice before you go.

If I could give e zero stars I would. I brought in my 79 year old disabled mom for a cut and was not listened to. She asked for shaping and it was butchered. She looks like she got a man cut. And she was so excited to have the first cut after leaving a nursing facility. I have never been more disgusted and disappointed in my life! I guess you can't trust people to take care of your loved one's. I wish I had been there instead of giving her what I thought would be some alone pampered time after her horrible nursing home experience. Instead she got a worse cut than she did at the home and was crying when I got there. Never again!

Absolutely botched my cut. Probably because the stylist did nothing of a consult, assumed I wanted a trim. When I showed her the pictures she went to work, and the end product looks nothing like what I asked for. She tried to fix it and made it worse.

Got a hair cut there recently. Worst cut ever.
I had all one length long hair so this cut should have been easily achievable. This is what I wanted. And then this is what I got.

Joy and the rest of the stylist working were all friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute haircut before I left for work. I'm glad to have found a new salon to go to for my haircare needs. They also recommended a new shampoo/condition and my hair looks healthier than ever.

My mom and I came here for a special girls day type thing. My mom never had her hair colored or anything before so she wanted me to come with.
I wanted half way balayage caramel highlights. I got weaved highlights up to my scalp, the toner washed out 3 days after and left me with BLONDE streaky highlights. Which looks horrible with my dark hair. Lady was cutting other people’s hair while my hair was being bleached. She didn’t take any consideration to my face, she left the foils and bleach in my face which was burning my eyes and nose. This lady was NOT gentle at all, she was yanking my hair the whole time she combed my hair from the scalp down instead of working my ends and up. She kept heavily sighing as of me asking her to do her job was an inconvenience to her
My poor mom just wanted her greys to be colored the same color as her hair. But the girl suggested they do red I have no clue why? She colored my moms hair and left it on for not even 30 minutes then was surprised when my mom’s hair didn’t turn red. (She literally put red on black hair)
My mom was so unhappy she looked like she was gonna cry.
She scheduled to go back and try again. And it turned out nice that’s time. Until she had to take a shower and the majority of the color washed out with out even putting shampoo in yet. Then she was back to the way she looked before..
Honestly.. if you want a hair cut from here, go ahead. But I think that’s all these people are good at.. don’t get your hair colored by these people..
