Absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for two years. Robin, Chelsea, Jake, Jackson and the rest of the staff are amazing and part of the consistently wonderful experience. In ten plus years of using infrared saunas, this is the best experience - Highly recommend!

love this place. definitely worth the money. the staff and amenities are all excellent. great place to unwind, relax, meditate or just catchup on netflix whilst getting a great sauna session in.

The experience was good, but I was disappointed that they should have explained the process better. Also, they could have offered a bottle of water or at least free water with a glass. It was not a welcoming place. When I asked for more info the guy said their is info on a paper but I expected he knows about the process and all other benefit info and share it prior to do the session.
Rooms were dirty, and there was dust between the woods. Also each spaces were small and we could not rest comfortablely. They focust on red light in their ads but the way they had lights was small pannel of lights in the middle of L-shape cube so not the whole body was covered by light.

Session is only 40 minutes and after that they want to kick you out.
If you like to do sauna and want some social and nice atmosphere - that's NOT the place for you

Love the privacy and that you can watch Hulu/netflix/youtube/samsung TV to pass the time.
Towel service is appreciated and love the cool towel that can help during or after

Charged when membership was on hold. Management doesn't work Fri-Mon apparently and are the only ones who can do anything. Cannot be trusted with personal information and will just charge your account whenever they feel like it. All while not responding to e-mails.

Update: spoke with the owner and they only "offer" 30-60 day suspensions. It is not an "offer" for you to not charge me when I am not using your services.

Rude, greedy, and untrustworthy.
