Went here on a friend’s recommendation for the $70 dry cut. The woman was cutting three people’s hair at once (including mine) and was rushing around. She proceeded to cut my hair unevenly. I had straightened my hair before getting there to make it easier and she kept wetting it (for texture?) and cut it that way even after asking if she should cut it to the straight length or wavy. She didn’t even cut my hair in layers, just tried to cut it all together at one length. After I noticed it was uneven she came back and snipped those pieces away without checking the whole thing. This happened twice more after I stayed to straighten my hair again with my straightener. I paid (I shouldn’t have) and left and noticed more long hairs. I have to pay to have it fixed tomorrow (I look like a triangle with long bits in between) and the salon won’t respond to my requests for a full or even partial refund. I’d avoid. Especially if there’s only one person there.

I love this place. I've gotten my haircut on two separate occasions (once by David, another by Lydia) and both did an exceptional job. The staff is very warm and kind, already looking forward to my next visit!

I just moved to the east side, so I stopped in to make an appointment one day. I didn’t realize that they were not yet reopened until they told me when I came in for my appointment. They did a lovely scalp treatment on me and washed my hair which was super nice and relaxing. The haircut ended up being great but I felt unsettled while it was happening because I wasn’t made to feel very confident in my stylist. I also later on was told that the advertised price was wrong and that the haircut was meant to be $60 more. They ended up honoring the price I was advertised. My hair looks great! I am hoping they work out the kinks as they reopen. I’ll definitely try them again.

My first manicure was at pinkbaby and it was honestly the most pampering I have ever received. First, they give you a warm hand massage, cut your cuticles and apply this delicate lotion that moisturizes your entire hands. I can't forget to mention that they also give you free sparkling water and champagne. You just feel really relaxed and cozy in their beautifully decorated store. Make sure to stop by if you are ever in the silver lake area!
