Sooo I came to Pine Bluff, Arkansas and after staying for longer than I anticipated I needed a good Barber! I went to a few places with no satisfaction. Until, my husband took me to Pop's Barber Shop! I admit I was afraid. But, Kendrick "Pop"Williams Owner & First Chair Master Barber talked with us and made me feel at ease! His rapport is unparallel!! I heard he was the best! But, now I know that he is more than worth what he charges! My husband has a bald head and beard and another one of the Williams Family Barbers took care of him! He's particular about his beard and bald head shave! My husband was more than satisfied with his service as well! No need for me to look any further here in Pine Bluff! Pop's Barber Shop is our Barber!!

Been here a couple of times but it's always very loud. It has a certain atmosphere which some people may dig, but it's not for me. Not happy with the haircut either. The guys are friendly though.
