I went to Preferred Hair Salon just as a walk in. After Holly took care of my hair I honestly don't have plans going anywhere else for a while. Holly isn't just your NPC hair stylist, she really does pay attention to every detail as much as possible. She is a professional through and through and she'll have you leaving the salon with a confidence to take on the world. MUST TRY AT LEAST ONCE.
very roomy inside, clean, and smells nice.
Only negative thing I could say, it got a little warm but I DID WALK IN when they just opened so there was not really need of AC i just sweat a lot cause im built like a walrus.

Whenever I visit family in Simi Valley or the SFV and I need a haircut, I come here every time. The hair stylists are very attentive, friendly, and it's always nice to talk to em while you're getting your cut. I left knowing a little more about my hair and getting a nice fresh cut before I go to this wedding in Florida next week! Thank You Preferred Cuts!

Holly was friendly and not overpriced. Haircut was just okay. Some missed spots in the front i had to take care of at home. , and 1 gapped side. My hair is short so maybe shes better at long cuts?

kind employees, but unfortunately they cannot follow directions other than how long you want your overall hair. I specifically told them i didnt want the upper part of the pack of my head trimmed, i even showed them on my head the SPECIFIC area i wanted left alone, and they trimmed it anyway. this is the SECOND time this has happened out of the last 2 times i have gone.

Friendly but very bad at cutting the hair how you want it. The end product was not at all like I explained and I had to get a second haircut to fix it... 20 dollars wasted.
