Eddy is one of the best young and talented barbers I’ve ever met. He knows exactly what to do and has to ask very little questions but if he is unsure, he will absolutely ask. He lays out a lot of different options for you and helps you narrow down the look that’s best for you. He’s also super great with kids And overall if I could give more stars, I would.

Brittany has been cutting my hair for years. She’s a great barber, easy to talk to, and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She also does a great job on my son’s hair. If you’re looking for a sharp cut, look her up!

I can say without a doubt that this was the best haircut experience I've had for the price anywhere I've been! Eddy did a great job and was very good about taking feedback and adjusting as needed. I'm sure that I'll be here often for future haircuts.

I've been getting my hair cut by Vinny for over a year now, and I can honestly say he's the best barber I've ever had. From the moment you sit in his chair, he makes you feel like you're hanging out with an old friend. Vinny is not only incredibly skilled at what he does, but he's also funny, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his clients. Our conversations range from anime to movies to music—he can talk about anything, and I always leave our sessions feeling like I've spent time with family.

Vinny's attention to detail is unmatched. He's extremely communicative, always making sure he understands exactly what you want, and he delivers every single time. I look forward to my appointments every six weeks because I know I'm going to leave looking sharp and feeling even better. If you're looking for a barber who goes above and beyond, Vinny is your guy. I can't recommend him enough!

I've had my hair cut 3-4 times by Luna since moving here from Ca. in April, 2022.
She always did a great job and was kind and courteous.
My experience with Primetime today, 09/05/24, was entirely different but it had nothing to do with Luna.
Although my appointment was at 8::15 that morning someone from Primetime who didn't identify himself sent me a text message about 7:45-7:50, stating "Luna is waiting for you to get started!
Please proceed to the shop as soon as possible".
When I texted back to remind this individual my appointment was at 8:15 I got no response.
As I begin driving in for my appointment I felt like this individual was being inconsiderate of my time.
I made the decision to cancel my appointment and added there was no reason to send that text to me.
I've read the numerous positive reviews and
I've written a couple of my own but when I was told I should hurry up I felt insulted.
I'm 69 years old and never in my life have I felt so dismissed and devalued.
Therefore in a text I sent to this individual, I told him he just lost a customer.
Being a former business owner myself I know how important customer relations are.
This individual apparently does not.

Went to Eddy R. for a haircut. Safe to say, it was an amazing cut. I have never felt better about my hair. He made sure to ensure that I was satisfied with my haircut and was very responsive.

I went to Eddy R. To get my beard trimmed. I asked him to keep it as long as possible but to have straight lines.
Eddy was a kind young man and I dislike writing a negative review. However, I don’t want anyone else to have to go through regrowing 4 years of facial hair growth just for him to shave it off and make it look horrible.
He proceeded to shave all the hair on my face but keep the neck hair and shave off half my mustache.
He at no point discussed his mistakes and asked for payment and pushed me out the door.

The prices are quite steep compared to other salons in the area. While I was prepared to pay a premium for quality service, I was disappointed with the overall value for money.

Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting for nearly an 45 mins before being attended to. This long wait time is unacceptable, especially when appointments are supposed to streamline the process and minimize waiting.

The haircut itself was decent, but not extraordinary. Given the high cost and the long wait, I expected a much better experience.
