I absolutely cannot explain how much I love coming here and getting my hair done. I’ve been coming here since the beginning of this year and will never go to another hair salon! Naz is so amazing at her job she does such an impeccable job every time I come in I get exactly what I want done to my hair! My hair was a dark brown before I came here and after getting these highlights my hair is lighter, and still feeling healthy and long! Thank you Naz you are amazing and the sweetest person ever I can wait to see you again soon🩷

Today was my first time here. I was in desperate need of a hair cut. The staff was amazing so friendly and sweet. I got Vicky and honestly she is the sweetest person you could ever meet! She noticed that my roots were all different colors and grey and she offered to fix them. Im so glad i said yes, i have curly fine hair and she gave me long layers and fixed my poached hair cut! I left feeling amazing and fresh. I will be recommending this place to everyone! Thank you so much its very hard to find a good hair dresser

This the best salon I have ever spent time at. We all know doing hair is boring until we see our finished product. Primo is a funn place to go right in the heart of Sherman Oaks. They play great music ( not too loud) great snacks, coffee and water. My stylist will fit me in... even when her schedule is tight. Her name is Katherine... I always get greeted with smiles when I walk in... I’ve been coming here since they opened so I’ve observed all the stylists.. They are all very good but Katherine is my girl!!!!

I love this place, great service the owner is a wonderful person, if you want quality work and a nice place this is a number one in the LA, you can meet with hairstylist Vicky she is the best one, i love my haircut, she is designed my hair and give me a nice had massage, thank you so much.

Nicest employees, everyone greets you with a smile!! I’ve been coming here for over a year since the last hair salon messed up my highlights and Naz fixed it easily for me the next day. Highly recommend!!!
