I received a gift certificate for an osmosis facial with Krysti. It was one of the best facials I’ve had! The private room is calming, clean, and relaxing. I’ve had facials before where you feel it’s rushed and trying to get to someone else’s appointment, and this was not the case here. Time and care was given and I was left with the most hydrated skin. Thai would make the perfect gift for someone for a little self-care love.

Lovely place! Some time ago I called and made an appointment as I thought the salon was exactly what I was looking for. My experience was to say the least, unusual. While my stylist was talented, I felt uncomfortable, and unwelcomed. I was seated in a chair far from other customers. I was thinking, that in itself was odd. When I asked for her business card, she had none. I was wondering if this salon had some secret membership requirement or if I failed to meet their standards as a new customer? I spent a good amount on hair products in addition to the services I received. To add to my experience, the stylist did half of what I asked for, then at the end of my appointment, she requested I call her for a follow up to complete what she began. Apparently, the stylist had somewhere to be. I was truly so unimpressed with the entire situation, I couldn't believe I spent serious money to be treated so poorly. I certainly hope this is not their standard of customer care. Regardless, with so many salons to choose from, I will not return.

I love this place because Nicole Spigno works here. She is so terrific at everything she does! Color, cut, extensions and even her product recommendations are on point. I won’t let anyone else touch my head! If you’re looking for a new stylist then look no further, Nicole is your go-to girl.

I went and had my first facial with Kim. It was absolutely amazing. She was very professional very friendly and it was a wonderful experience. I'm going to be going back on a monthly basis, and I'm going to try some of her other services as well. I highly recommend her!!!

Karmella is simply amazing. She saved the day when my appointment got messed up. She did a wonderful job on my hair and I love my hair so much! She is super sweet and helpful as well. Will definitely return. Thanks Karmella!!

Superbly personal customer service, highly skillful and genuinely knowledgeable about a myriad of stylistic considerations for women, men, young, old and all different kinds of body/head/hair types. My stylist, Angela, takes great pride in her art craft, and considers it her personal imperative to satisfy not just my expectations but also to impress my family and friends each time.

The salon looks nice- but I will never go back to Lee for nails!!! My first set of acrylics she didn't touch my cuticles, I was told that was my fault as I didn't ask for a manicure. So for my fill, I thought I learned better. I am getting my nails done for a wedding- I asked for a MANICURE, fill and design. She did no manicure and never touched my cuticles. When I asked she told me no time! With the design she said no to what I wanted. I asked for rounded corners bc I don't like the sharp pointy ones. She left them sharp. I asked her if I could wash all the extra acrylic out from under my nail before she did the top coat (yeah she left that junk under my nails after my first appt), she told me no. I had to go from my appt to another salon for them to fix the corners that were never rounded and to do my cuticles. Never coming back- unless it's for a full refund.
