Four stars, because I really do love this place, I love my nail artist and I’m so glad Angela is back. And Mary’s work, is good but you can tell she still has really good days and really bad days. But that’s okay! The only thing I don’t think is alright is , when it is messed up, or you don’t see something right, they’re rude or snappy about it.
With me, my son is autistic and doesn’t go to daycare. In the one that watches him, I don’t have hours to spend at a nail salon but I go to get them done so I can feel better. Something to do for me. So I am on limited time to get back to him. And when I’ve been upset with Mary’s work, I’ve had to tell them, hey, I can’t stay another hour to redo what’s wrong, can I come back later? And apparently that’s a huuuuuge deal. But this very last time, when Mary did my purple set, I was soooooo upset because I had been trying to give her chances like hey maybe she had a bad day or maybe she’s learning. But her ombré work, which she normally she’s good at, was HOOORRRRIBLE. I went around and shown them and asked a few other nail salons, because they ultimately saw “nothing wrong”. . . I tried getting Angela this past time…
BUT. After I shown her a picture and told her how upset I was , Angela redid them and they’re beyond perfect. Every time she does them she does a good job. Her work is worth the money and more.

The sets Mary has done, from start to finish with me, the very first time she did them, holy crao I was in LOVE. I was a little scared to change from Angela , but wow. She blew my mind. BUT then.. I came in for a fill in and to make them stiletto again because the tips kind of rounded. Annnd… you can see how she did on the “fill in”…. Oh my gosh guys. I’ve been so upset with my nails for 4 months. I know Mary can do amazing work so I don’t understand. Then there was the “scorpio” set when she thought she was just drawing an M.. when I showed her a picture of how the symbol looked. They’re..okay. Then the purple set.
Every other picture is done by Angela. Me personally I like designs, but there’s so many other really good nail artists in there.

I haven't had my nails done in years, so I decided to walk in today at Pro Nails! I couldn't be happier with my service. I had a reference picture for my nail artist to do and she nailed it! I will definitely be back. Everyone there was so sweet and the prices are very reasonable!

Pedicure wasn’t bad, but I had a separate person for my manicure. I requested regular polish because I don’t get my nails done regularly & want to be able to take it off easier when time comes. He rushed the manicure making none of my nails even. He also rushed the polish & kept expressing how he hates doing regular polish. I know regular polish takes longer, but there weren’t many customers present so there shouldn’t have been a reason I was rushed.

This is the best place to get your nails done! They are always so welcoming, and are able to do anything!! I’ve brought them so many ideas with intricate designs, and they always turn out better than I expected! They always get you in and out as soon as possible, and this manicure doesn’t break the bank like others I’ve tried. By far the best and longest lasting manicures I’ve ever had!!

Pro Nails is always my go-to. They were extremely busy today from open-lunch and still did exceptional! I have gotten multiple pedis and manis; they always come out on top at an extremely affordable price! Just a few of my favorites below. 10/10 recommend.

Been going for awhile and they are absolutely AMAZING!!! They always do 10/10 even on some of the weirder designs I’ve asked for, and the pricing is the BEST for the great job they do!!!! I seriously recommend this place to anyone who ask and I suggest you go here too. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience here today. I have been 4 times and only one was a positive experience, after today’s events I feel a review is necessary. I paid $60 for the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I was unhappy and kept communicating that and was repeatedly told “It’ll be fixed at the end”. It wasn’t. Then two employees quite literally had a tug of war with my hand both yanking on it. It was also VERY clear that I was being spoken negatively of right in front of my face. The older woman did my nails. Every time she has done them, they’ve been horrid. There are waves, bubbles, hairs stuck, crack in one nail, a chunk missing from the side of one. She put gel color over the dip on one hand but not the other? I didn’t mention it though and did not even get my pedicure because I just wanted to get out of there at that point. AWFUL. I believe some in the shop are much better but the atmosphere and this experience ruined Pro Nails for me.
