Been going here for years. Never been treated the way my daughter and I was today by Julie the owner. Both got nails done and pedicure. We got 2-$30 pedicures and a fill $35 new set $50 but they said cost $175. Ok paid it. Lady who did pedicure had no clue what she was doing and scratched my legs up. Also she had a wrap on arm with gross stuff like infection. Once she took gloves off. I had her stop. Game over. Paid and left.

The gentleman who does my nails is absolutely amazing. He really did great with this snowflake ❄️ set. This nail salon is also the cleanest salon I've been to. I've been attending here on and off for years. But, over the last 4 months they have become my nail salon. The owner is Fantastic and so is everyone really. Give em a try ♡ You won't be disappointed.

This is my second time at Pro Nails, and the same thing as my first, they did an awesome job. My acrylic nails are great and sturdy. Its the best type of nails ever. The place is clean and has an amazing atmosphere. Im definitely going back here.

When I came in I asked if they could do a nail fill and the nail design I had on a photo(second photo). They said yes, sat me down and did something completely different. The guy that did them and the lady that was there both said sorry dismissively and charged me $50 dollars for such an ugly design. I'm very disappointed to say the least. Complete rip off... If I could give negative stars i would...

The people were very nice and I believe they honestly wanted to give me the kind of nails I was asking for. It was a fade (ombre) light to dark. Once my gel nails were finished and I was ready for color, I was moved to another employee because they said what I was asking for was not common. And this other employee said she knew how. Not exactly the case. She painted the tips of my nails, and used a small decal brush to "swipe" color around my nail. I was surprised at her technique but figured she knew what she was doing. She was very confident and even had 4 other employees standing there watching as she spoke to them. I assumed once she 'swiped' the color around a little, she would have buffed it out to make the fade. That didn't happen. It looked terrible. It was random slashes of red and very gunky at the tips. No ombre look at all. More like a sloppy french tip. She applied the clear coat and the gentleman that did the first part of my nails asked if I liked it. My reply was "I like the shape" with a weak smile. I know I should have complained, but it wouldn't have helped. They didn't know how to do what I asked. So I left and went to a different nail shop on Lake Blv. I explained what had happened, showed them the same picture I had given to Pro Nails, and in 20 minutes I had a nicely done ombre natural to wine-red.
I'm giving 2 stars because the gentleman that did my nails, as well as the rest of the staff I had interactions with, were extremely nice. Just wish they had been honest about their abilities.

There is a very easy way to get this effect if you don't want to do it with powder. You just need a small sponge and a little time to build it up. Yes, It takes a little time, but the outcome can be beautiful. Sadly, not at this location just yet.. I'm hoping they watch some YouTube videos and learn this effect. I really do enjoy the people and would like to return if they can be honest with their abilities. I would have been happy to choose a different idea had she just told me she wasn't sure how to achieve what I wanted. There's no shame in not knowing. The shame was letting someone walk out with that mess, knowing exactly how it looked. Nails are a walking advertisement. >.<

Go... just GO. The regular pedicure felt better than all the other shops in Redding and they have even better pedicures. It's clean and bright. They have so many options. Julia is great at what she does. You won't regret going.

My nails were cut to all different lengths, and filed completely uneven. I had to go buy a file and fix them, wouldn’t recommend 👎

Amazing service. They always work me in and the new owner always does a superb job on my nails. I had a gel pedicure today. It was so relaxing. The new decor is beautiful too!
