I am very disappointed with the quality of care and service I received at Pure Beauty and cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to be seen here! I was upsold/oversold upwards of 25 units OVER the amount I required, and I have zero faith that they were even used on me! Then, despite my diligence in calling and emailing them to make a follow up appointment within 2 weeks of my initial treatment, I was refused complimentary follow up care because my entire family I came down with the flu and therefore I could only come in 4 days AFTER the allotted 2 week follow up window~with ZERO effort or empathy in even trying to accommodate (I also offered to provide proof of illness with documentation from my physician and the pharmacy!!) I’ve never required more than 30 units of Botox, yet they insisted that I needed 56 units! Almost DOUBLE the units yet HALF the results. Something seems fishy! And results are minimal at best! If you value your FACE, your BEAUTY and/or your MONEY, I would think twice before using this place. Not to mention, there are no certified medically trained physicians on staff. It is merely “injectors” with less than 5 years experience getting away with calling themselves a “medspa”. Beware.

Pure trash ...
I paid $1500 in cash and $2,000 on Care Credit only to get .5 f fat removed from the Trusculpt treatment . Because I didn't listen to my "inner voice," I figured it is fair to request a refund of 2000 back to Care Credit, which has been paid in full. There was a 6 months no interest promotion. Therefore, to pay no interest, I paid 2,000 in full as of this posting. Once Care Credit receives the charge back, I would then get a refund from Care Credit.

I pride myself with being a fair person.

Really, Pure Beauty are you that hard up that you need to lie and steal money from people who are already having issues with themselves? I live in RSM, so I want to support the businesses herein. I shall continue to support the businesses in my community just not Pure Beauty.

As a matter of fact, I also chose Pure Beauty because I receievd orthodontic services from Dr. Cook upstairs. Dr. Cook rocks! If you need orthodontic care see Dr. Cook --- chef's kiss to Dr. Cook. I had braces installed in 2019. Yes, braces after 50. I'm all about self improvement. I had no problem handing over $5,000 (cash) to Dr. Cook. As a Veteran, I get dental care but VA does not pay for braces (I digress).

Was I eaxmined first to determine if i was the proper candidate ?
No. However, I didn't feel the need to tell someone else how to do their job - so I did not request an exam prior to my procedure date which was about 10 days after I left $1500cash deposit.

Was I told I am not the proper candidate at the time of my proceedure? No. After the first treatment, I voiced my concern of not seeing any results, and my conserns were dismissed with a statement that I see myself all the time therefore I would not notice the results. An asinine response. Yes, I would notice a change since I see myself all the time. Equally, I would notice no results because I see myself all the time.

I am not the proper canidate for Trusculpt and that is what I should have been told. Trust, I would not wrestle any business to take $4,000 from me.

During a phone call least week, the office manager (the same person I had the "consult" with) straight out said I would not get a refund upon my request. I contacted Care Credit and submitted a claim.

She also offered another treatment (I do know at who's expense), but I declined the offer because I am not the proper candidate for Truesculpt. I shall make one more call to the office manager to request $2,000 refund, and then moving forward to OC small claims court.

Look, I wasn't expecting a miracle, and when I had my "consultation", I clearly expressed that my "thunder thighs" is hereditary. I am in no way obese or overweight. In fact, my thighs do not have cellulite dimples. My "thunder thighs are the biggest part of my body. Just looking at the size of the thighs , just take one and compare it to my head. Compared to the size of my head, pick a thigh, either one is larger than my head in circumference and density.

I was in the Air Force, which provided me with liposuction 30 years ago, and I was told, my inner thighs would be a problem for liposuction because my fat was unevenly distributed. Further, I did not have the celluite dimpled looked then, but I definitely would have a "puckered and dimpled" celluite appearance after having liposuction on my inner thighs. Therefore, my "saddle bags" underwent liposuction and my inner thighs were not touched. I had liposuction when my daughter was 5 (She's 35 now). I stand at 5 feet and at that time I weighed 124 lbs at pregnancy. I went down to 110 when the military perfromed the liposuction (the same weight I am now). I entered the military at 95 lbs. and had to get a 5lb waiver to get in. I'm 56 years old, 5 feet, 110 lbs.

Went into this spa to inquire about skin treatments to address eye wrinkles and crows feet. Was immediately sold hard on Vivace and told that it would yield significant results getting rid of these wrinkles. Then was up sold to ALSO do treatment on my neck. Charged $4100 for 3 treatments. Just a few weeks later, the spa advertised a big price reduction on Vivace but did not refund me any money. After the 3 treatments, I have seen no improvements whatsoever (its been 4-5 months now too). Spa personnel did not check in with me even once regarding my results or satisfaction level. For reference, I'm a 52 yr old male. Maybe this Vivace only works for women. I would not recommend this spa to anyone and have turned a few people away from it already, There are others that actually care to establish a long working relationship with their clients and insuring they meet some minimum level of satisfaction.

Gail is wonderful.
Nevertheless, this spa is outrageously expensive, which is bad enough, however, I purchased 3 micro-needling sessions (their package which they required be prepaid), and when I tried to schedule the third appointment (after one in February and one in April), they told me I had already used all three. They recommend the sessions be 4-6 weeks apart so it is not so long that records of appointments would be lost or forgotten. Further, it is an intense treatment and you walk out with a bloody face -- I would not have forgotten one of the treatments. When I challenged them on this, they said I used the first one last year -- which is false. I will not be going back for anything.

I looked up Pure Beauty, looking for a filler and Botox doctors office and I found Pure Beauty I went there and I had $1300 worth of fillers and Botox. That was about two weeks ago and I look so good today I am very impressed and I will go back and I recommend them very nice people lovely office clean, highly recommend this place highly💕

Anita is wonderful giving the botox and voluma injections. She's very friendly, professional and has a good eye on placing the filler. She was very patient and let me be involved with where it was needed, taking time to discuss. I had a great experience. The only thing I wasn't sure about was after spending a lot for two syringes of voluma and botox, waiting a couple of weeks to decide if I needed one more syringe, to get the same price I had to pay up front for the 3rd syringe to get the same sale price before I could make an appointment before even deciding if I really needed it. I paid 3 weeks in advance(waiting for the first injections to settle down) before they would book the appointment. Only to find the sale price was still good. It just felt like after spending almost $3000, and really a continuation of what I was having done, they could have been more flexible in working with me on the pay up front sales pitch. That was the office policy.

Such a great experience at Pure Beauty! They hire great staff and I have received three laser treatments and have seen wonderful results already! They also keep their two locations very clean, which doesn’t go unnoticed. I will keep coming back to them for years! Thank you for your service Pure Beauty team!

I had the most wonderful experience at this medical spa! Tara did my hydrafacial which was relaxing and heavenly. Megan who consulted me on all the right services and products was very knowledgeable. Ulyana the nurse did my microneedling, she was very professional and gentle. Everyone is extremely professional!! I can't wait to go back for my next treatment!!! Thank you!! 💟
