I had my first visit here just recently. I enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, steam room and weight room before my excellent massage. (Note: The weight room has dumbbell free weights, but no barbell/weights. They have 3-4 machines for heavier lifting.) There were plenty of treadmills and elliptical machines. Guest parking at the hotel seemed expensive, but later I learned that the Spa pays for the cost of the parking.

About 10 minutes into my massage the fire alarm went off but I was assured it was a false alarm and it would turn off at any moment. When it did not, I had to "robe up" and head out to the spa pool. A voice came over the intercom and told us it was a false alarm, so we went back in to continue the treatment. Seconds later, the alarm commenced again and continued for the duration of the massage. We were interrupted once more to be told that the locker room had flooded and that I would need to provide my locker combination to the staff in order to receive my belongings.
We finished the massage and went out by the pool to wait for my clothes to be delivered. Management spoke with a couple of the other ladies who seemed to be really upset. I patiently waited. Someone took my name, address and phone number down and said that the spa manager would be in touch.
I got dressed. I went home. It's been four days. I haven't heard a peep from the spa management. I emailed them today to give them one more chance to make things right and I just feel utterly forgotten and insignificant. Am I being ignored because I didn't react like a diva?
Sometimes things happen that are out of your control but it's how you handle the situation that really counts. Failure all the way around. I'm really disappointed.
Footnote - the massage was wonderful, but impossible to enjoy with a fire alarm blaring in your ear.

Pure Blu Spa! I've heard so many great things about this place from local friends. You can even get a spa membership! Facial and massage services plus steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi are all available to use before the treatment. YES!! But first, there's the luring scent of eucalyptus as soon as you start to walk down the hallway. I LOVE eucalyptus! The scent is even for sale! I was politely greeted and checked in--so easy. It was so nice to be able to relax before my massage appointment with Jessica. Second, the massage was sooo wonderful. Jessica took the best care! The pressure was perfect and she was really able to work out some knots in my shoulders. May I suggest a scrub? OMG. Not only did it feel amazing to apply, it left my skin so soft. Thank you for taking all my stresses away Pure Blu and Jessica! Now, what's next? A facial perhaps? See you soon!

Came here with my girl for a couples massage, I recommend listening to them when they say come early to take advantage of the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. The massage was great, we both felt really relaxed after. I look forward to finding an excuse to come back again!

My biotec line eraser facial treatment was not good.
I had no wrinkles removed at all. Whatever the add says about this treatment it's not true.

I made sure to take pictures before and after and not changes were noticed, how they said. (You will see immediately changes)
For the price that they charge is not right.

Besides they automatically add the tip on your bill, not fare either. If the results were different, I would leave a 50% tip, not 20.
