Pure Recovery has become our favorite spot for all things wellness. I can’t get enough of their red light therapy – it leaves me feeling so revitalized and ready to take on the day. The cold plunge is another highlight for me. It’s incredibly refreshing and does wonders for my muscle recovery.
My wife swears by their compression therapy. She finds it super effective for reducing inflammation and boosting circulation. The team at Pure Recovery is always super friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a great experience.
If you’re looking to enhance your recovery and overall health, Pure Recovery is the place to be. Their services are top-notch, and the care they provide is exceptional!

Amazing! Went to recover from Spartan Race. Love the private rooms with the sauna & plunge bath! Definitely recommend to anyone that wants an intimate recovery treatment! Staff were very friendly & very knowledgeable!

This is my third visit in the last two weeks! ☺️ I’ve just set up to have two more visits this week and two more next week because that’s just how great this place is! I truly mean it! It’s important to get your treatments back to back if you want to maximize muscle, joint, and nerve, recovery.

I’ve worked in physical therapy, kinesiology, and massage for over 23 years before becoming a psychologist and life coach and my body took a beaten having such a physical career.

I get contrast therapy with the traditional sauna, but also love the infrared light therapy as well. You have to try it. The more you do it. The better you feel. I leave here feeling muscularly rejuvenated, mentally refreshed, and with a little more pep in my step.

I immensely 💕 this place. The staff is absolutely incredible here. They are professional and knowledgeable. It’s very clean and has a nice atmosphere.

If you are feeling any slight pain or want to self-care, come to Pure! The team will be sure you get the specialized treatment you deserve and will know what you need without saying anything. Great place! I go often for my reset!

I found Pure Recovery through ClassPass. When I got there, Brandi greeted me, and she was also incredibly helpful and kind in assisting me, as it was my first time. There were also some issues with my reservation booking, but Brandi was more than willing to accommodate me and make sure I was all set up in my room as well. I got to do the 30-Minute Traditional Sauna and Cold Plunge Contrast Therapy, and I loved it. The space was so nice, all the amenities were very thoughtful. I am definitely already looking to go back, and would recommend booking a session to anyone who is interested in giving it a try!

Definitely adding Pure Recovery to my list of favs for recovery. Staff is super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the benefits of the services they offer. I called looking for a same-day appointment for leg compression and they got me in within an hour! The facility is clean with a nice layout and decor. The massage chairs are a GREAT touch while you're sitting for compression therapy and the pricing is pretty much on par with other places in the area. I even got to try a complimentary 15-min hip compression since I'd never tried it. They have packages and plans if you want to be a regular client but the customer service alone is enough to come back again. Thanks PR!

Super aesthetic and calming environment once you step in. Booked an infrared sauna session with cold plunge and was the best experience. It’s a private room when you book and they provide you with towels, makeup remover wipes, cotton rounds, and cotton swabs. Everything was nice and clean as well. 100% recommend this place if you’re thinking about it. Will definitely come back and try out other therapies.

I went here extremely sore and did contrast therapy- I kid you not I left feeling like a whole new person. The location is beautiful and so cute. I felt extremely at peace!
