Love love LOVE this place! I was referred here by the best lymphatic massage therapist ever after having surgery. I was interested in learning more about Peptides and NAD therapy. Something to know about me: I am a worrier and an over thinker to the MAX which makes me a bit of a spaz and I ask a LOT of questions- never once did I feel like a nuisance. In fact, from the second I walked in the door the staff made me feel like I belonged. Kinda like they were my long lost sisters who just wanted to help me feel better, look better, and get my energy and confidence back. Which I am well on my way to doing. I had the worst experience here today!!!!?!?!
This is supposed to be a rejuvenating wellness experience I did buy a deal through Groupon. I bought 3 IV therapies. This place has good reviews. I went in the ladies were not very friendly at the front desk. The only one that was any good was The brunette girl in the back for IVs. Another girl after bruising up my arms, she still missed and it created a bubble in my arm. She really needs more practice!!!! As a medical professional I'm very familiar and I couldn't tell you how many things she did wrong. I've never done drugs I have wonderful veins I don't understand why it was such a problem? Anyway now I have bruises on both arms, never received the therapy at all because for some reason she couldn't get it in a vein!! 😔 It's almost my birthday That was the whole reason I was coming here!? Then they left me sitting in the room because I had anxiety about the whole thing. The girl kept asking me if I was okay and I was not okay, by any means. Everything about the experience was unprofessional And I left there mad and horrified. Like I said the only one that had any professionalism was the brunette in the back. I do not recommend this place. 1 out of 5 for me. Sad.
