Front desk lady was extremely helpful and amazing the rooms were just terrible. We left didn’t stay asked for refund but they didn’t know how to do it. We tried two room one didn’t have a window in the bathroom the other non smoking reeked of cigarettes. This isn’t worth any of the money never stay here

This was the only hotel we could get for miles around and the reviews were right. The rooms have not been updated and they had duct tape throughout holding things together. The lights did not work. The TV was not working well and static shaky picture. The hot tub had caution tape all around it hopefully that’s because it wasn’t working and no one died there. The picture of the guy with the blower, that’s because he was blowing at like 7:30 in the morning and we went to our truck and he continued to blow all this dust, and didn’t stop when we walked by. that is the breakfast offered. The best was probably the envelope of oatmeal, but the hot water machine was not working. So I had to bring it back to my room and use the microwave. Finally, I agree with others about the smoking. They need to have signs saying smoke away from the rooms because they just came into our room from the neighbor smoking. Stay away. Sleep in your car. I travel a lot and it was the first time in my life that I had to keep my shoes next to my bed because I was grossed out to put my feet on that carpet.

I booked through booking.com. I was charged on my card but the hotel said they didn’t get paid and wouldn’t give the room and there was no cancellation possible from booking. They wanted me to call booking dot com and sort it out instead of them. There was no number to booking dot com.
