So to start, I got some gel x nails not too long ago and they were VERY cute but lasted maybe a week…. Womp womp. The woman who helped me that time was very sweet but I should’ve guessed not to return when my nails popped off in a week. Today I went to get my toes done and to be fair, they have been healing from an acrylic toe set. All nails were long enough except for the big toe that I chopped off a corner of because it was not well attached. I asked for file only and the woman trimmed all the nails with a cutter. I can’t blame the shape of the big toe on the woman who was helping me but she kept bringing it up and speaking loudly about it, enough so that other people were looking (so embarrassing). Aside from all of that, the woman painted the toes so sloppily that I went home and cut off the portions on my skin and ALL of the nails were different sizes smh. She had long nails and kept adjusting her nail to my cuticles roughly as if my foot was the problem. I danced for 10 years. My feet are not sensitive. I am all for getting into the cuticle because that’s why I came, however she literally cut me on several toes. I was so frustrated I just had to leave. I paid my tab and left no tip. I was really disappointed. $57 to leave with still half ass callus removal, cut cuticles and an awful paint job. By the time I left I wish I hadn’t paid but understand that it is a business. I felt like they robbed me to tear up my toes. I should’ve just did it myself. I’ve seen other people leave the salon happy however my experience was below average. It felt half ass and a waste of my time. If you do go, I hope your experience is better but I will never be back. I will say that they are more verbally polite than many of the shops nearby but that really doesn’t matter if I’m not happy with the nails when I leave. I asked for the most standard. Pedicure with white toes and callus removal.

I've been going to Queen Nails for pedicures and manicures for years. They do a fantastic job in shaping my natural nails. Dyda and everyone on their team are friendly. They take the time to provide the best service. I have never had a bad experience there. I'd advise making an appointment. Overall, I highly recommend Queen Nails.

There service is perfect. They have a small team and always busy and friendly. It's best to make an appt. It was my fast time, i always admired my workmates nails, so she referred me. Totally worth the time. The lady who worked on my hands took her time and did not rush me. #grateful

My first time there, the lady's were so sweet! My nails look amazing, I took my son in there to get a manicure too and he had a wonderful experience as well. Other places in town charge way more for the same results. I loved the price and the way my nails came out.

Pros:
They are very nice and detailed with the cuticle. My nails turned out very clean and very fresh looking

Cons:
There was a language barrier between me and the woman doing my nails so we didn’t understand each other well and they don’t do modern designs! Only stickers and flower designs and because of that I stuck with plain nails.
