I have been going to Queen nails for over 10 years. I always had a pleasant and rewarding experience except the last 3 times.
Gel polish normally last 2 months without peeling. However, the last 3 times I received gel polish it began peeling within 7 days. I also noticed the layers went from 3 layers to 2 layers with a price increase.
I gave them ample opportunities to do it correctly yet the quality of the finished product was worthless.
Addressing this with Chelsea, she became overly rude and expressive in her native tongue.
I will never recommend them ever again. I highly recommend anywhere other than Queens for the future.
It's unfortunate that businesses are struggling but $120.00 is a lot of money to only receive 5-6 days of result.

I usually don’t post reviews but I unfortunately will not be returning. I was a last minute walk in so I do understand there was a bit of a time crunch. One of my acrylics was lifting and one was broken but it was to the length I wanted so it wasn’t too big of a deal. I was more so annoyed I couldn’t do anything with my hand without the risk of ripping off my entire nail.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The gentleman who did my nails definitely hurt my nails. While taking off my original gel polish, the drill burned into my nail and cuticles. My cuticles are torn up. They were bleeding and they still sting after 24 hours. I have glue under my nails but I didn’t ask for any tips or glue to be applied. The gentleman was very meticulous with the shape I wanted. He took a lot of time to shape them to my liking and I appreciate that a lot. The only issue I had was after I asked him to go shorter, none of them are the same length anymore. He drilled under my nail after he put glue under my nails and broke off some of my natural nail. I’ve personally never been to a salon where they apply glue under the nail or drill under the nail either. The one huge plus of this experience is I don’t have the acrylic bubble on top of my nails.

Ultimately, I don’t want anyone having the experience I did. Maybe it was just an off day for everyone but based off of this experience I will not be returning and continuing to go to my usual salon.

If i could attach the photo of my nails here I would. I have attached it to the google maps reviews if you want to see how terrible my nails look and feel. I went in to get my powder dip removed, and a regular manicure. My nail artist drilled my nails down to paper thin, i was cringing and flinching because of how hard she was filing, and how THIN she made my nails. I’ve had powder dip before and barely ever get my nails done, they were so thick and healthy before this and now they are thin, painful, and look worse then how they did when I went in. I originally was going to get powder dip but my nails were so thin and painful I settled for clear polish which ended up looking terrible because of how thin and inflamed my nails are. It’s going to take weeks to grow my nails back to a healthy thickness. I don’t know if my nail artist was new, but i have never had a worse “manicure” in my life. Every single one of my nails are in pain and i took pain medication immediately upon leaving. I of course payed and tipped but i honestly shouldn’t have based on how screwed up my fingers look now.

This has been hit or miss for me, but if you go in ask for Chelsea and you’ll be good. The men who I’ve received manicures from usually file too far down which reaches my skin and hurts. But Chelsea is great I don’t get my nails done as much anymore but she’s great with eyebrows and knows her stuff.

They are seriously fantastic. My fingers, toes, and eyebrows - they can do it all and then some! The pedicures are so relaxing and my feet look so good...and it lasts! My nails too! Chelsea is the only person my daughter will trust with her nails and she's amazing, but every technician there is good at what they do! Definitely worth it.
