I went today February 1 to get acrylics but they of course try to sell you something more expensive so they offered me Gel X. I first show the nail tech Michelle what I wanted. I wanted a French tip with a heart. She offers the Gel X and I ask how much it would be. She said $65. And I asked $65 with the design I wanted? She said yes the design doesn’t matter. So I assume it’s $65 with the French tip and heart. Throughout the process she gets too close to my skin with the nail drill and cuts me on 3 fingers. She had to put acetone and burned me on my cuts. I go to pay and she says $80. I said but you said it was $65? And she says no because of the French tip it’s $80. I don’t understand why she didn’t say it was $80 when I had told her I showed her what I wanted. She could have said it’s $65 but an extra $15 because you want French tip. That would have been easier and I would have just stuck to the acrylics that are cheaper than $80. Or I wouldn’t have gotten the French tip at all if she would have been upfront with the price. It’s obvious the price matters to me which is why I asked. I come here often to get my gel manicures and eyebrows waxed but they have lost my business I’m not coming here anymore. See photos of the heart she did not even manage to do properly. I don’t like the look of the nails but whatever I didn’t want to argue so just paid even tipped her and left.

Visited Queen Spa & Nails for the first time, as the gel manicures I have been getting from the place I normally get my nails done don't seem to last very long anymore. The Google map street view isn't very accurate and makes this look like a house. I assure you, this is a legitimate business and they to an amazing job! I called on a Sunday and was able to get in within a few hours. The place is clean and the staff is nice. Prices are definitely reasonable. I paid $41 for a black French tip gel manicure. They turned out beautiful and seem to be good quality polish. I will definitely be back. Cash only.

I’ve been there twice and the first time was 148.00 after being told gel x was 65. Had a gel pedicure also and a few extras. Nothing would amount to 148.00. Second time just nails and gel pedicure. No extras. Nothing fancy. Over 2 hrs and 116.00. Going somewhere else.

Disappointing Experience at Queen Spa & Nails
I recently visited Queen Spa & Nails in Burbank, hoping for a relaxing nail experience, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. The customer service was lacking, with extended wait times that tested my patience. The technician working on my nails seemed unsure of the procedures, frequently seeking assistance from colleagues. As a result, my nails were left looking chunky and far from the quality I expected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope the spa takes steps to improve its services.

I just had the worst experience at this nail salon. I had a man do my nails. A fill with gel. It took him over an hour. He had zero idea what he was doing! He hurt me multiple times. Each nail is filed differently. He filed them so short that there was no fixing them after he messed them up! He didn’t know how to polish them. I’ve have never had a worst nail job done ever. It must have been his first time. He knew I was not happy and then still charged me full price AND a dollar to use the credit card machine. And the worst part is the owner of the shop didn’t bother to check why it was taking him close to an hour and a half to do a fill!!! I would never in my life go to this place again. I’m beyond disappointed. Now I have to rip these nails off and go find another place to get a full set tomorrow because he messed them up so bad.

Really nice people. I was trying to find a place to do my nails and it was getting late they were the only ones who helped me and stayed open. My polish still looks great 3 weeks later.
Inside was very clean and the price was much better than others I had called before. I am glad I found a new place.

Take for ever!! Even when you have an appointment they make you wait OVER an hour. They don’t do that deep manicure and pedicure. They skip many shoes or they do it in such rush. I’ll be honest, yes they are nice but man expect to be there for ever. They leave your feet soaking in water for a long time that it gets cold. They do your pedicure or manicure and leave you till someone else is available which takes longer. Rare when they do both at once. They over book and/or short on staff. Also beware if you set an appointment with a friend or another person coming with you, they will do you first then your friend. They won’t put you both at the same time with different people so your friend needs to wait till your done and then you’ll end up waiting for your friend to be done. So yeah you’ll be there for HOURS. It’s ridiculous. I have gone there for 2 years and it’s always the same. I just go there because it’s the closest to my home.
