Making my appointment online insured the fastest way to get in and out. The Center works with urgency and efficiency. Patient care is of upmost concern. Quest diagnostics in Marina is my first choice whenever I need lab work done.

Not open when supposed to be, no way to get help on their telephone system. It just keeps disconnecting. Very frustrating

I’m always surprised by the mix of bad reviews for different Quest locations. I was late to my appointment and they still saw me quickly, got my blood drawn when I didn’t have enough water, and the phlebotomist (Rocio) was super sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back for my periodic blood work. Thanks, y’all. ?

Quest in Marina is the best. I used to go to the one in Monterey, but Quest in Marina is way better. Wait time is short, staff are courteous and skillful. Today I had bloodwork done by Vivian. I didn't feel anything. Will definitely return.

Sent my husband to get his lab work done for Stanford there. Had sent him to a Quest lab in Salinas years ago but ultimately Stanford never got the results and he had to retake the lab work at Stanford. This time I decided to try again because I noticed that there was a Quest in Marina and it would save a trip to Palo Alto. Lab results showed up in MyHealth fairly quickly. I plan to do my own labs there soon too. The only thing is even though they have a local number, it is virtually impossible to confirm that they have the lab orders from your doctor before venturing out to the lab, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

My doctor had faxed over the form for my urinalysis, but it was not attached or available to my account. the tech could not find it. I tried to verify its arrival prior to going over there, but you don't take calls at all at that facility, your message says if it got faxed you would have it. Well.... you did, but you could not find it. Your message also said, if you did not have it, no worries, you would call the doctor's office to get it. That was also not true, I had to do it. Overall, a pretty disorganized affair.

The marina ca location is the worst ever. The staff very unhelpful the even pretend they do not hear you.... I would never ever go there again
