I have to leave my review. I contacted them to fix a bad haircut. I was texted about my appt. I sent a vid of a shorter cut and asked Michelle if she could do it. She said YES I CAN. When I got there I told her I DO NOT WANT SHORT HAIR and showed her pics of layered cuts shorter than mine that I would settle for. She said YES I CAN FIX IT. I have thin, fine, blonde hair. She cut it really short then point cut into it really deep. That thins out hair. When she was done she looked confused. She curled my hair which I never do before she showed me the back. I paid her a lot. When I rinsed the curls out of my hair I was in shock. It is different lengths all over. 1/2 inch longer on one whole side, big chunks are missing from the back, it is hideous! I asked her to fix a bad haircut and now I have a worse cut that is TOO SHORT TO FIX. I am furious

Ray is the most talented, artistic stylist I have ever met, and an overall lovely human. I had an unfortunate cut/color from a different salon, which I didn't think could be salvageable, but Ray managed to not only fix it but gave me the most beautiful color and flattering cut. I've received so many compliments, and honestly don't think my hair has ever looked this good.
I truly appreciate that Ray listened to my concerns and really took his time on what was a very challenging repair process. It was a lengthy fix, but I never once felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Ray is an incredibly talented artist, and I feel very fortunate to have met him.

Holly really is amazing at what she does. i highly recommend seeing her when visiting this salon. I called in last minute with a hair emergency and Holly was so sweet to squeeze me in at the end of her day. I have no clue about hair and she really took the time to help me understand what the process would be to make my hair better. You can tell she really cares about the clients she see and making sure she gives 100%. She took her time and made sure everything about my hair was perfect. She even curled my hair and didn't charge me any extra! Thank you again holly for saving me, i will definitely be your loyal client from now on!

I had Ana cut my hair and Angelica do my makeup for a wedding today and OMG both were absolutely beyond amazing! Ana knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and she was beyond professional. Angelica was super sweet and worked very efficiently. She literally left me feeling beyond beautiful! They have definitely gained one very happy customer 🙂

I had gone to another salon for a trim and I left with some very uneven ends. The right side looked an inch or two longer than the left. Ray not only fixed my hair and evened it out, but gave me so many recommendations to help with my hair when I start to see hair loss with IVF.

IVF can be terrifying, but it’s so amazing having someone like Ray who shows so much empathy while also fixing my hair. Thank you Ray for taking care of me in more ways than one! ?
