I came in for a partial highlight to correct some red tones from a previous, different salon’s service. The stylist was kind and friendly, but definitely did not give me what I asked for or wanted. Once she saw how it turned out, she immediately said she “wasn’t satisfied” with the color job and offered for me to come back and have her fix it. I agreed, but once I went home and saw the extent to which it was botched (it was VERY bad) I was no longer comfortable having her work on my hair again, and risk a worse job and more bleach damage. I kindly asked for a refund and was told they have a “no refund policy” despite her acknowledging that she wasn’t satisfied with her own work. I then reiterated my disappointment and asked for a partial refund and was ignored. Very disappointing and do not recommend this salon.

Very good. I came in with a mask and my hairdresser offered to wear hers. She has great customer service and offered to fix my hair if I decided I wasn't satisfied with it. I have very low self esteem and not once did I feel embarrassed or put down due to me trying to chop my own hair before I came in for help. Good ambiance all around, I enjoyed the entertaining conversations from the other hairdressers too. 😄

Love all the girls at Red Chair Salon! Professional and such a fun atmosphere. Tishea, the owner and my personal stylist, is incredible! ThIs is the best salon! Tishea the owner who is also my stylist has improved my hair dramatically! I’ve been going to her for 4 years now and would never go anywhere else! She does amazing extensions as well! Have had extensions for 3 years and my hair has actually improved! No loss of hair at all. She has a great personality and really knows her stuff! She goes to classes and updates all her certificates yearly! Love her and all the girls at Red Chair Salon!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love this place and highly recommend coming for hair extensions. When I first came in my hair looked so bad, it was broken, dry and so dead and fragile. The day Tishia started doing my hair my hair has never felt better. She recommended great shampoo and conditioner. She trims and makes her goal to make my real hair healthy instead of just putting extensions over my hair. Since I’ve been putting in Hot Heads extensions my hair looks amazing and my real hair hasn’t been this healthy feeling in a long time. I love this place and recommend extensions and color etc.

I really don't understand how this salon has such good reviews. Not only was it difficult to make an appointment but the lady who did my hair (owner of the salon) was extremely rude. I had go see someone else the same week to fix my hair. I asked for balayage and got highlights that weren't blended with horizontal lines all throughout my hair. The blonde color was awful and it looked nothing like what I asked for. Her pictures look great online but that is because of the special lighting she uses. I wasn't going to write a review but my friend just went in and had her hair ruined as well.

My stylist - Tishea, is truly an expert! My hair is very long. Mostly, I do my own styling but the older I become, doing my own hair gets a little trying. So, I searched for a stylist who had experience, some one I can trust but mainly would not look at my skin color and conclude she would not be able to style my hair.

In 2018, I made an appointment at Red Chair Salon with Tishea. When I arrived at my appointment she did not go into shock, she treated me very kindly. Tishea examined my hair, talked with me about the type of products I use. She also inquired about my hair care techniques. Tishea also described the smoothing product she uses and the application process.

In November of 2018, Tishea applied the Kevin Murphy smoothing treatment on my hair. Compared to the smoothing treatment I had a couple of years prior, KM became an instant hit with me. Because I wear it so well, July 2019 I went back for another application.

The Kevin Murphy Smoothing Treatment wears well on me*) No breakage, thinning, or burned out spots. No tattered ends, or singed hair. Just high shine, body, and bounce!

No matter my style, straight, beach waves, or curls, my product choices: Mazani Clarifying Shampoo and Smoothing Conditioner and Curls Unleashed pairs very well with the Kevin Murphy Smooth Treatment.
