I'm a personal trainer working in Rohnert Park/Cotati/Petaluma. Chris is a training client of mine so I've gotten to know him well over the last year, and the big thing that stands out to me about him is his extensive knowledge of the body's muscle groups and how they relate to movement. That's critical in a massage therapist.

When I've had him work on me, he identifies issues right away that even I didn't know exactly what was going on myself and then gets right to the problem and works at it until it feels better. I really appreciate that explains what's going on as he's working on it. Being an educator type myself, that's extremely important to me because I can carry that information moving forward for my own weightlifting routine. Especially if you're a middle-aged gym rat like myself, go see Chris for maintenance needs. And lastly, he's a very friendly guy and I can see that he excels at putting clients at ease when you might feel vulnerable with muscle and joint pain. 5 stars!

Second time I've gotten body work from Chris and both times have been incredibly healing and relaxing. I work long hours on my feet and lift weight so his treatments have been much needed! I also really appreciate how much I learn about my own body and movements during our sessions. His knowledge is impressive and each time I've left, I've taken some new insight to help care for my body and feel less pain all around. Lastly I must say, as a petite woman going these sessions solo, I felt very safe and secure around him (very chill/ easy going). Extra points for a LGBTQ+ safe space!!! Highly recommend his work. 11/10
