This review is long overdue. Refresh Nail Care is my go-to nail salon for gel manicures and regular pedicures. The salon is clean and well-maintained, and the nail techs are thorough and meticulous. I have natural nails, and they do a perfect, long-lasting job every time. Highly recommend calling to make an appointment in advance as they're usually busy.

Lovely experience! High rating is because of the cleanliness/sanitation, attention to detail, and friendliness!
I love that they take sanitation seriously. New plastic liners for pedicures & opening plastic packs of sanitized tools for each customer. All techs had on gloves and masks.
They were so welcoming and I felt like they really wanted to take care of me. The mani/pedi came out great! I opted for regular instead of gel, so it only really lasted a couple days for me which I expected. But I will absolutely be back!

Pacifica Gem! I love this place. Been going here for many years. It’s super clean and friendly staff. Gel and pedicure are a must. I LOVE the massage chair with the bonus mini hand and foot massage. It gets really busy on Fridays and Saturdays. I try to book my appts on weekday mornings to avoid the rush.

Sept 2018 update: LOVE THIS PLACE! Wish I could give it 7 stars. Ladies were super friendly and very attentive. They're quick, gentle, and thorough, but they also don't try to rush you out either. Also the prices are pretty reasonable. Best nail place I've been to so far... Btw, my last nail job lasted three weeks!

My first time here. They're quick and pretty thorough for decent prices, even with specialty color like I got and very busy morning. My stylists weren't that friendly, but very professional and gentle with me. Love this place! Plan to come back.

High quality gel nails with all kinds of colors and designs. Great prices. Can get a little busy so an appointment is usually a good idea. The spa pedicure is nice with paraffin wax and hot rocks.

Will never return. Only came here because the reviews looked promising and my usual spot in SF was closed that day and I needed to take a flight in a couple of hours but it was the worst experience I've ever had. Asked for a gel manicure & gel pedicure but they only did gel for the manicure. Pedicure was regular nail polish. They didn't even let me know until it was being done. I specifically said gel three times beforehand. The man/pedi itself was horrible. All they did was paint my nails. And less than mediocre at that. Uneven nails. My cuticles were left in horrible condition. Didn't exfoliate. Dead skin everywhere. And had to repaint the same nail 3X due to them messing it up time and time again because they didn't wait for it to dry. Didn't ask if I wanted water or tea. Were very rude. I left a $20 tip for $75 service because that's just me. But it was not warranted. Again, will never return. Stay AWAY.

The mani pedi in town! The pedicure massage is what I come for here. So relaxing and longer than most. The ladies are so lovely and nice too. I usually get gel and sometimes a design and it always looks great.
