Xochitl is so unprofessional. I had an appt. scheduled at 5 for a facial and she ended up texting me saying she was sorry but she went to urgent care thinking she would have enough time and completely forgot about my appt, she did say she could reschedule me which I was cool with. I honestly wasnt even mad, right when I saw she said urgent care I was totally understanding. I did ask if she would consider giving a small discount seeing as I drove out pretty far from San Dimas area. A couple hours later I sent another message asking if she was gonna be able to reschedule me bcuz I am leaving out of town the next week. (which I wouldve totally been fine if she had responded the next day I just wanted to remind her in case she forgot) and I think this is where she got offended because then she replies w an audio saying ‘Like I said I’m at urgent care’ and went on to re-explain the situation in a rude tone. I could definitshes just very rude and if she doesnt I was confused by it because I thought I was being so understanding. I guess my tone came off wrong in the messages because it usually does over text. Then she said in the audio that she wouldnt be able to give me a discount (and I’m thinking me asking her to CONSIDER a small discount is what pissed her off). She went on to say she would just refund me and give me $20 for gas which I wasnt even asking for nor did I even stress ab the gas. Then she sent another message saying she wouldnt be able to reschudle me. Im just pissed off because I was really nice and understanding considering the situation and the way she responded and saying she wouldnt reschduled me showed she was handling me like I was being a difficult client and like she didnt want to take me on as a client anymore. But I dont really think many other people wouldve been that cool about driving about an hour up and back (w traffic), and the person not even being there. Again she said that she totally forgot about the appointment, and I didnt want to just say ‘oh no worries’ becuase it was a huge waste of time and gas so I just politely wanted to ask if she would consider a small discount. But either way shes just very rude and if she doesnt show up to your appointment apparently you have to be 100% okay with or else she’s gonna get insulted and not take you on as a client.

Had a facial with Sandra and I just have to say my experience with her was so amazing my skin felt so much better she was knowledgeable and also have to say her massage was out of this world. All the staff at reign beauty are so sweet I would definitely recommend Reign for all your spa needs!
