Jenn was literally the best! She explains the process thoroughly. I came in to get a letter initial tattoo removed. She was very supportive of my decision and gave me the best personal advice in the process, she’s so easy to talk to without any judgement. The support I received from her was absolutely amazing. Removery of Valencia is the best! Veronica is my preferred tech. She’s got a great sense of humor which helps put me at ease for my appointments. They’ve been helpful with any questions or adjustments I’ve had to make with scheduling. After only a few sessions my tattoos are nearly invisible. I’m looking forward to working with the Valencia team for the duration of my treatment and I’ve referred friends too. Always a pleasure!

Veronica is AMAZING! She goes out of her way to give the best service and care. I have been to other locations and they were also very good but my session with Veronica went by so much faster, hurt less, and left me with less swelling and itching during the recovery time. I definitely recommend this location!

They're very knowledgeable since they specialize in the removal of Tattoos. They explained everything very thoroughly, which I appreciated. Great place to check out if your interested in getting this done! I talked to several people about getting this done and I feel most confident with them in getting the results I want. They explained and went over things, a few of the other places didn't even go into. Nice, clean office. Highly recommend!
