I saw Dr. Cohen for a scar revision on my lip, 11/19/2024. I had bitten into my lip years ago. The hospital never cleaned or sutured the area, so it healed weirdly with lots of scar tissue. After years of not liking the appearance of my lip, I decided to reach out to Renuance to see if they offered scar revisions. After a phone consultation, they let me know that Dr. Cohen would be a good match. They shared his accomplishments and I felt comfortable letting him work on my mouth, so I decided to go for it.
The day came to have the procedure done, and he was absolutely amazing. Very nice, personable, and honest. We sat down for a consultation, and he felt confident he could accomplish what I wanted. He let me know what he was doing throughout the procedure. Consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable and wasn’t feeling anything. After he finished, he shared I had bitten through the muscle, but he was able to repair it. I was completely unaware of the muscle having damage. He could have easily been lazy and skipped over the damage to the muscle without me ever knowing. Very thankful he didn’t skip over this injury and just remove the scar tissue. Almost fully healed now, and I am beyond satisfied with the results. My only regret is not seeing him sooner. I would 100% go back to him for any future procedures.

My surgeon was Dr Kpaduwa and she and her staff were so amazing! The nurses, schedulers, everyone i came in contact with were great! My questions were always answered. I felt comfortable throughout my whole procedure from preop to post op. Still healing but everything looks and feels great!

The care I received from the staff was absolutely amazing. I was dealing with a traumatic injury and a great deal of stress. Every step of the way I was reminded how great of a decision it was to have my surgery done with renuance. I was impressed by The level of communication between Dr. Hill, the staff and myself. It was just one of the ways the office helped ease the stress of this situation. I am roughly 4 weeks into my recovery and am heading in for one of my final visits , truly a blessing to have worked with everyone there!!
